I like harry potter. I'm a nerd who likes reading and scifi (does harry potter even count as scifi?) and stuff liek that. I don't want to see them end They're probably gonna make a bunch of spin-offs and milk the hell out of the franchise.

Don't be sad about Harry Potter ending. There is always The Lord of the Rings, C.S. Lewis, Ray Bradbury, A. C. Clarke, Isaac Asimov, Robert Heinlein, L. Neil Smith, Kurt Vonnegut Jr, Hunter S. Thompson, etc...
Then there's the classics... Mark Twain, Jack London, Hemmingway, Steinbeck...

this topic makes me sad... the series is truely awesome. Harry Potter has always been the best modern day topic starter for a timeless conversation. and I remember the old days when I was in Yr2 when the movie first came out and now the main guys like the harry potter dude and the emma watson girl are older than me somehow...
also reminds me of toy story 3, they did a FANTASTIC ending to the whole series though

Yeah, she's a pretty good dancer and has lost a lot of weight since the show started. That was sad about her father though.

Cameron was nice to look at! I'm a Days of Our Lives fan though. Hmm...if Marie can add a little more content to her dances and not faint, I think she'll be safe next week. I image she has a bigger fan base than Jenny Garth. Jenny is very graceful in the ballroom dances. I really enjoyed Cameron's Paso.

I don't know if any of you are familiar with Triumph the insult dog (looks like a doberman puppet with a cigar in his mouth). There was an epiode where he went to a star wars movie premier and started "interviewing" (insulting) the poor nerds in costume. My favorite one was an interview with a pregnant lady. Where he asked how many months along the little nerd was, to which she responded with her due date...classic line (which reminded me of your quote)

They went to college in Wigan with my mate and we used to go clubbing with Richard Ashcroft. The band were pretty new when they supported me and I hate to say it, but they were TERRIBLE!!!
It was about 89/90 and Next thing I heard from them was Bittersweet Symphony. A bit of a change to say the least!

Good point...he seems to do better by playing only a few minutes in the game. Also...for those complaining about his soccer skills...haters gonna hate...he still scores more often than most high end footballers I reckon

You seem to not be well acquainted with football, then, it seems. Other strikers not only score, but provide assists too.. he can hardly play a full 45 minutes let alone score and assist..

Overall I think it was a good opener and has the potential to be as good or better than Smallville.
OT from the OT..how did you guys like the Absorbing Man in Agents of Shield?
While overall it was a great start, I was disappointed by the rapid intro of many villains. It almost felt like they shot their load all at once and now the series will need to live up to the pilot.
If they turn Bruce into Batman within this series, nt sure how it wold be. I only hope it doesn't turn into a Smallville. To many timelines were crossed and Smallville became to distorted.
It's interesting when faced by what we know and what is created today. Agents of S.H.I.L.D is another. I do like it.. somewhat. In this show, I want some of the Avengers to make an appearance.
I think Gotham has potential.

TS that is one thing definitely different than Smallville, was the introduction of many of the main players....but I think it is done for a reason..as they are probably going to be a big part of the entire series. I think they may follow a similar formula as Smallville (FOX ripping off other shows success formula...NEVER...LOL) and that we will not see the Caped Crusader in cape until the series finale 10 years from now. There are many other characters we will see I am sure...Harvey Dent, Victor Fries, Ras Al Ghul, Basil Karlo....and was that the Joker on the stage entertaining Fish? 3 origins presented themselves of him...one where he was a failed comedian, another where he was the Red Hood, and another of just a murderous criminal. But his real name never known.

Yeah... Like most of the comicdom I am not happy with them changing the relationship between Johnny and Sue Storm making Johnny adopted so he can be played by a black actor. To date they have been able to seamlessly change characters race in the movies but to rewrite a family relationship?
In the comics they have matched Nick Fury being black by presenting him as Nick Fury's son. Hawkeye jokingly calls him Nick Fury 2.0.

I watched Smallville all 10 seasons. I made it to about episode 5, season one of Gotham.
So yeah.
And I generally love any and all superhero stuff. TV shows, cartoons, movies. Anything. I'm very forgiving, even fantastic 4 movies I find the positives in. Lol
