Seemed to download fine for me. Installed the game and now it is downloading a 181MB file onto the SD card. Hopefully it's the full version.

I was having issues with the site not sending the SMS message with the download link when putting in my phone number.
Also, when you select SAMSUNG EPIC 4G it switches to Asphalt HD to BUY which isn't free.
The easiest way to get the game download, is by going to:
www.gameloft.com/free-hd-game
ON YOUR PHONES BROWSER. Where it will prompt you to download the apk file.

Go figure I couldn't get it to work when I clicked on a link from either phandroid or android central's websites. Maybe I'll just try putting in this address. This is a prime example of why Gameloft needs to get their stuff into the Market. What a PITA. Thanks for the heads up on how to do it though, guys.

It's just too easy. I'm level 32 and have never died, have all the best armor as getting money is too simple. The gameplay is really good though, a bit repetative at times but you can tell they are trying to mix it up. But out of any 3D game I have tried thus far, none have even come close comparing graphically with this game. The SAMOLED screen really shows, and the detail is extremely intricate. Even with the stock clock speeds on DK17, I'm getting hardly any lag at all and it is running very, very smooth. I give it a 3.5 out of 5.

[Q] Full Screen, just cant get it.....

I saw the video, did the array of reboots. Only game so far I cant get fullscreen is Asphalt 5. I dont really care about it that much but I need some other stuff to test and see if compatibility mode is good or not. I just want to make sure before I buy some other stuff. Anyone else good with fullscreen except for Asphalt 5?

Dungeon defender works fantastically well. it is absolutely beautiful.

is that a game that would not usually be fullscreen unless you did the compatibility trick a few times?

U can test out Raging Thunder 2.

Get "spare parts" from Market. Uncheck "compatibility mode" and reboot. Then try the apps again.

It wasn't fullscreen for me until I did the spare parts trick. I never got Asphalt to run properly either.

Asphalt 5 works for me. Are you using an hd apk?

The official Tetris did not work before the "Spare Parts" trick. Works fine after.

US TV show apps

Im going crazy!
I am a big fan of US tv series and would love the Dexter app that Showtime give out for free. The problem is its region restricted and I cannot download the apk.
Same is true of the AMC and HBO general show apps!
So damn annoying! These are free apps but you have to be in the us to download them.
Would any kind American out there be able to host these files so I can download them?
I will be extremely grateful

They probably would try to check for location even on starting.
A workaround is to use fake location apps. from the Market. Once you set the fake US location you can download and stream from any country.

Sorry to hijack but is there a way to watch shows like True Blood and Dexter without having a subscription to HBO or Showtime?

The best and legal way to do it is to stream it. There is an android app called amo Navi-x that will do that for you. On your computer you can use XBMC or Boxee with the respective Navi-x app.

As for seeing the shows, personally I download them ^
They do show on Norwegian tv but always much later than in the US and I prefer watching them at a time that suits me also.
I have a media box that plays every media format and watch them in HD from that on my big screen.

most of the apps check for the ip not the gps location....

ya I tried market enabler and set it to a US location but that didnt work.

I just looked at the Navi-X app and it's a little unclear. Does this allow you to download shows to the Nook or is it for streaming only?

I got the app and downloaded an episode of True Blood but it doesn't play well with Mobo. The audio isn't sync'd with the video and it only plays for about a minute and then cuts off. Bummer.

I use my Nook as a player for videos and have no issues with mp4 720p videos.

It gets illegal whe you share the file, meaning when you uploaded it or are sharing (i.e. torrents). Watching a streaming video is legal, the only one breaking the law is the person who uploaded and maybe the server owner where it is.

gameloft? It could be country specific depending on your language/country selection. If you bought the app, just use the cracked one and there are also full datapacks near by. Try 4pda.ru game section. If you are incapable of reading in russian use translate.

it worked for me just days after release, as I don't play games on my phone, but was willing to try out the graphics, i just downloaded it from piratebay for test and it worked well..

Works for me without any problem. I'm using V20s Stock with guestekrnl.

Dungeon Defenders on your Nexus 6?

Is there a way to get the good old to get Dungeon Defenders Second Wave or Eternity on your Nexus 6?
I know it has been pulled of the playStore but is there a still working link for it or something? or maybe a workaround (no-root)

Because they apparently couldn't keep the online servers running? I don't even know
But you could still be playing the game in Single player which I would love to do because it is an amazing game in my opinion so I've been trying to download the APK and Data files but the game force closes and/or Crashes on me instantly.
I tried it with the downloaded Data files and I tried just letting the installed APK (verison 7.6) download the files that means the files are still on Trendy Entertainment Servers right? But even with the files downloaded straight from them it crashes...
Really hope someone can help me out with this or give some advise what else to try
and yes I am very well aware that there are more version of the Data files Adreno, Tegra and so on
