IRDA problem

Hi there I have problem with Infra. I tried both version of WM6 but still when I want conect or send something via IRDA my Himalaya freezes. But I have instaled NoviiRemote deluxe and it is working. Only one think I have to do is change port wehere is IRDA throught menu-preferences-IR setup-autodetect. Can somebody help me.
PS: With WM5 IRDA working properly

I use NoviiRemote Deluxe 4.11, but it doesn't work on my PDA. I don't know how to make it work on PDA

NoviiiRemote Works perfectly with my PDA i.e. xda2..u have to make it learn it ur desired remote control..just place both irdas in front of each other and press the desired button on PDA first and then on Remote..when u hear a beep voila ur done

I have another software which is connected to IR e.g Vito Osciloscope. If you have experience with this sofware, could you please comment to this software whether working or not in WM6

But It doesn't work is it working in your device ? I can install it but When I tried to receive IR radiation from TV remote control , it didn't give any signals

Thank you to give me information soon so it is clear this software doesn't work.
The idea of this software is very good for engineering. As I know, I don't see any software which have the same function like this one.

hi mate
i have already post the problem as i have tried everything with phone even with hardware testing too, seems its only the software problem in this rom
i have my xdaII with broken cahrging base and cannot connect to active sync anymore now but if i want to sync my phone with irda or bluetooth phone just freeeeezzzzes........
always needs to restart again for the wireless access ...
if possible some one can help me with sync Tracks for XDA 2 so tht i can try soldering the only charging and sync track atleast....
please help..........

Keyboard Backlight not working ! Please Help

Hi,
Yesterday i finally brought a HTC TYTN2 (Kaiser) it is used for 3 months.
I noticed that the keyboard backlight is not w0rking
I ckecked & tried with unchecking the (Enable keyboard backlight auto sensor in Settings > buttons) but nothing
I also hard reseted my device, and it is still no keyboard backlight w0rking.
Can you please help ! Thank you in advance !

Yesterday i upgraded to
WM 6.1 3.28.405.0 WWE
Radio 1.65.16.25
OFFICIAL HTC TYTN2 ROM !(downloaded from the Kaiser FTP section)
But still no keyboard Backlight.
Before that i was with the stock wm 6.0 Kaiser ROM that came with the device, and after i upgraded to this one i saw that the call durations are still the same (so that means that the new ROM did not entirely reset the device)
Do you think that if i unlock and upgrade to some custom xda ROM will let the keyboard lighting up ?
Please help!

problem was on official radio 1.70.19.09 and it's really bad radio...
I reflash old best radio 1.65.24.36 and sound is back and my kaiser workin perfect again...

There is diagnostic software available according to the HTC TyTN II Manual but only to HTC repair agents and not here. If you read the manual though (which is available to download from Mike Channons website - link is in the wiki), the speaker test consists of listening to make sure you can hear the signal put into it. If you're hearing normal sound through your original wired headphones then, given all you've tried so far, the speaker has either failed or its internal connection has failed - either way it requires a hardware repair! Time to restore it to original configuration (as per XDA wiki) and return it to the shop where you bought it and they can send it away for warranty repair.

the deal in this offer , is just to flash a phone and gps rom to your shift. plus , an access to sd and hdd via vista . finally nothing new.
they ask 150 euros for the job.

Screen broken

The screen of my diamond is broken I ordered a new one in China but can,t find a manual to change it the problem is tat I live in Brasil and to find someone who I and can trust and is able to do the job is very dificould I have the complete manual but the desamble the phone complete and not just the screen, is there anybody who can tell me a easy way how to just change the lcd screen, my thanks would be for ever.

I had a same problem. its a very bad probleb because you must open your phone completely and i was did it so i lost many of my phone ablities like bluetooth , wifi and gps. so get your phone to a professional serviceman .
