Does anybody have radioROM 1.20.00.11?
I'm planning to upgrade my original rom, but need old one as backup so that I can flash it back if newer one isn't good.
I read the trinity upgrades page: http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Trinity_Upgrades
There was roms with 1.20.00.11, but with no GPS???
I have that rom right now and I do have GPS.

Hi,
Can anyone guide me or direct me to the site, where I can get the ROM for my IIS?
I want to upgrade my ROM to 1.33 and RADIO to 1.10 and Bluetooth BT3900.
Thanks,
I do need the Detailed Instruction to upgrade too. Thanks.
What if, the ROM caused me problem, how can I reverse back to my Original ROM?
There's a guidelin for upgrading ROM here: wiki.xda-developers.com
http://www.pocketpcmag.com/blogs/index.php?blog=3&p=518&more=1
Author's conclusion is that ROM 1.6.7.1 with radio 01.13.10 is the fastest EDGE and USB connection speeds with stable ROM. I'm using a ROM 1.6.11.1 with 01.13.10 radio with great results.
Enjoy

Your iMate KJAM is a HTC Wizard thus the author's recommendation of ROM 1.6.7.1 & Radio 1.13.10 is valid. I have a MDA Vario and flashed to this combo with no problems. There is no "best" ROM as the hardware is basically all the same.
By reviewing this xda-developers section on Wizard, you'll form an impression on what works and what doesn't and the pluses / minuses of each.
All the best,
Craig
Question... What is this making sure your phone is CID unlocked?
Carrier unlocked?
Mine is an unlocked Imate K-Jam?
Can I just upgrade the Rom?
Thanks

Look in aWizard ROM util link
Forgive me gentlemen as I am very new to this specific device... I ran the Awizard tools and used the CID unlock and backed up that file... I'm assuming that is to restore it incase of sending in for warranty?
I then backed up all (radio, rom, extended)
Okay so now my question is... Can I just run the Qtek rom executable or should I used the Awizard tools to do the Radio and Rom seperately...
Is there any difference? Can I even just upgrade by double clicking the executable? Will it give me a new extended rom then?
Finally, is there any software differences between the Qtek and the Imate?
I just want to use the Qtek rom until the latest I-mate rom comes out.
Thanks for your guys help.. I know you will be able to answer my questions....

New WWE Rom Found on FTP through the following post:

Needs to be added to wiki
So is this a WM 5 ROM?
No, it's WM2003 v1.40 with radio 1.12.
New? ROM
So isn't this a nackward step from 1.42??
Yeah it is a step back, but it helps complete the library of official roms on the FTP, and it may contain components that people will find useful in their own cooked roms.
where can the rom 1.42 with radio 1.15 be found please?

Thanks! Does this solve the phone problems ?
Its been a while since I've on here. And I'm looking to upgrade my Cingular 8125 yet again.
PART-I:
Ok the first thing I want to try is just upgrading my Radio Rom since I'm missing calls and voicemails with no notification. My current Radio Rom is 02.25.11 and I seriously need this upgraded so any suggestion to which rom to use. (Please give me a link for upgrading Radio Rom only)
PART-II:
Maybe its time for me to upgrade the full ROM which is right now 2.17.7.2 WWE with Ext Rom 2.25.11.102. Its been pretty good. Not the fastest but has been very stable for me. Any rom's I should upgrade to, maybe even the Crossbow?
flash the t-mobile one that everyone loves, for the radio 2.26, then flash another which has the ext rom you want
I don't like wm6, it's buggy, and some progs don't work fully such as sbp products
superrom is quickest for me
followed by molski's 2.3
check the stickies for lockiwiz to get the t-mob, google for the others/pirate bay etc
how do i upgrade radio version? i tried to search...no luck
ROM version: 3.34.00.00 WWE
ROM Date: 03/03/09
Radio version: 1.65.16.25
it's posted in the sticky thread.
As well as here:

thanks....
this is hard than i thought.
1.65.16.25 is fine with me, i guess?
Running the latest HTC upgrade will do it for you in one swoop.

Having tried that 3.34 WWE Hong Kong HTC ROM (and decided to go back to WM 6.0 for better reliability and GPS performance), I recall it came with a 1.70.xx.xx series radio so if you want the newer radio with the current ROM a very straightforward way would be to just download the latest ROM for your device from HTCs website (or here at XDA) and following the comprehensive instructions on their website, run the ROM upgrade. It'll reflash the same ROM again but put on the newer radio (which is better than the one you referred to in my experience).
If you've read the links referred to, it's actually pretty straightforward if you follow things carefully using those measures (I printed out the procedure) and once you've done it a few times, you'll wonder what all the fuss was about. Keep reading up (particularly all the Kaiser wiki) and the added knowledge you gain will improve your confidence about such matters. The HTC official upgrade is a simpler way to go in the meantime.
