CRASH after updating Rom 1.32 to 1.34 !! :(:(

Hello everybody, my name is sebastien and i come from belgium.
I have a problem with my mteor mobile phone. I was one version 1.32 and i tried like everybody to upgrade it on 1.34. Now the phone doesnt work anymore (freezing on the startup screen).
The bootloader is working (power + cam button), but i have different versions of rom upgrade utility on my computer. Only one version works (v3.12.3.0, properties of ROMUpgradeUt.exe). This version of upgrade rom utility came with the 1.34 rom.
The others one give me an 260 Error : Update Error. (crash on "verifying information on your smartphone, please wait").
So i tried the working Upgraderom Utility with all the roms i have (1.13, 1.32 and 1.34) and i have always the same error after 1% updating : 294 invalid vender ID.
I tried to put the firmware on the root of my microSD card (rename BREEIMG.nbh). The bootlaoader checks the firmware ("checking") and then it says "00028002" "Not allow" and then it goes back to the bootloader. I tried this method with the three firmware i've got.

just put your mteor in bootloader mode
connecto to pc (disable activesync usb connection)
and start the mtty (usb console program) -> infos about in wiki!!
now just use the info command and look what cid you have!!!
after you know that search/ask provider for an update !!!
only this can help!!
after you have the original shipped rom, please upload it to rapidshare and we can link it...
when you have flashed you can reflash with a other newer better rom!!
but theres no way now until you become a rom that matches your cid to flash the phone to working state!

help: ERROR 262 while trying to update to ROM 1.37

I had this problem as stated in the topic.
The progress bar doesn't move at all.
After awhile, my laptop states that ERROR 262 occurred.
I tried a few more times and it is still the same.
Can any one help me on this?

first of all if u try to update a rom different from ur own country u need to do Hard SPL http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=400950

I was getting error 262 also, until I realised that you need the Developer version of the HardSPL installed (I'd just installed the normal one) - as this rom is not signed.

error 294 when trying to install rom

Hi All
Can someone help me to upgrade my original Rom, each time I wanted to do it I got this error : error 294 I guess that is related to the operator, my question is : what's the solution to resolve that ?

Have you flashed HSPL before flashing the rom???

Changing language in snapvue, help

Hello!
I have bought htc shift in Italy, with windows and snapvue in Italian. I need to change it into Russian. But official updater show me next message: "ERROR [294] : INVALID VENDER ID".

Did you try to HardSPL the Shift before updating it to a newer ROM that is available on this forum? If not, I suggest you to read this before doing anything, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=406606

Cant update rom (error 262)

Googeled for error 262 and the problem is:
This error occurs during the CE ROM code upgrade process.
Next i tried HardSPL install, then give error 202:
CONNECTION
Want install Rom Energy.DIAMOND.23569.Sense2.5.LITE.May.10.7z
maybe someone can tell what i need to do next?
