Without problems!
Will that CAB also hide SIM contacts on everything or just under contacts. For example if you do a new text and add a contact it shows both.

Works like a charm. I thank you

It was described many times. Using memmaid or sktools disable Active Call today plugin.
Then in registry set:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\phone\skin]
Enabled=0
Good luck!
thanks!!!

It's not a service. It's a today plugin, but you can see it only with special tools. And it's called Active Call.
disables speakerphone
I made this registry change on my WM6 Treo 750 and after I did it I did get the original dialpad. bbut once you make a call the Palm version of the dialer pops up in front of the other dialer. It also disables the speakerphone.
I've tried posting this in the General Discussion area of the forums, but haven't got a respone, so I thought I'd try here.
It appears that you can only add Outlook contacts to the Cube, but all my contacts are on the SIM card and I don't really want to copy them to the phone just to add them to the Cube.
Is there any tweak available that would enable SIM contacts to be added to the Cube?
Thanks
I am using Dutty's WM 6.1 Beta and didn't have any problem adding SIM contacts to the cube.

That at least shows that it should be possible - I'm running the stock HTC ROM and I don't really want to go the 6.1 route (yet), but my Cube insists on looking for Outlook contacts only.
There must be a way. Registry edit? CAB file? Someone must know how to do it...
I've tried to find the version of the Cube that I installed and I believe it's this one: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=336482&highlight=HTCCube
Maybe I just need a new Cube?
Edit: And I've answered my own question. Yes, I needed a new version of the Cube. It's all sorted now and I can add SIM contacts.
I couldn't find a registry fix for "wake up on new email" and notificatios when new email is received.
So far we have to check manually if there is a new email downloaded.
No wake-up event, no sound...
(We need the same wake up reg.fix that is used for sms.)
I am not asking for software that can do that tweak but only reg. tweak.
Thanks.
K

These settings won't work with WiFi.. Would they work with GSM data connections (I noted that you are not on GSM?)

i would assume they would work for a GSM device. i originally found them on a GSM forum and just used some trial and error to get them to work on my diamond.
Just wondering if it's possible to auto-start messenger when my phone starts without the main window being displayed (just like active sync does), sign in automatically and auto-reconnect if the connection is dropped.
Thanks in advance,
Kris
if you mean after a softreset then you can just add a shortcut to the program to \windows\startup\

I am aware of that .. but i want it to start minimized and auto sign-in (which it doesn't) and resign in if the connection is dropped (which it also doesn't)
Just like its windows counterpart.
Thanks in advance,
Kris
