Help installing Original ROM after Upgrading to Custom

Hi
I tried upgrading to the rom below
Custom_RUU_Wizard_1050402_101_11210_O2_ENG_CID.exe
but it made my imate totally sluggish and really slow, especially when opening mesages etc. I decided I wanted to revert back to the original imate ROM but when I was installing it it failed before even getting to 1%
It stayed at the point where my k-jam was red blue green etc
Anyone suggest why this might be the case?
Also can someone explain what the CID unlocker is used for? Does it allow you to 'downgrade' ROMs?

CID unlockeris is needed to be able load roms that are not made for your phone... like MDA Vario without CID unlocker cant take rom that was made for Qtec and other way...
try RUU_Prodigy_1060701_101_11310_QTEK_WWE_Ship.exe
its the best rom for me... make sure you run CID unlocker first and after WM5 loaded hit reset on your phone so it wont load cabs from extended rom (if you dont want them)

how to reinstall ROM of XDA ll mini
i tried to upgrade my XDA ll mini ROM with 'XDA ll upgrade file' given at 'o2-online.de' instead of giving me error report at the beginning of upgrade it started erasing my ROM and then gave me an error.now my rom is erased and it cant be turned on.however when i connect it to the pc through USB cable ,on the srceen "USB v1.02" is being displayed.how to reinstall the software and where can i get the download file.please help i used my phone 1 month back.

I tried to upgrade mine xda with ivan's rom but something went wrong so now i cand upgrade it at all.
Allways i get some country or model id error.
I tried to restore image(which i got from another XDA) but says when i enter bootloader & when i should be asked for rom dump it says:
SD Download
Sections=3
Not allow update
I checked ExtROM version but it says 0.0
Please if u have any solution i would be gratefull

stop complaining and start searching for solution.
hint: use MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe to bypass the country code error.
helmi_c has packed this kinda utility in this latest rom (in the folder PH20B1).

also read the upgrading wiki. what does it say your meant to do before you upgrade? get ur device data. then what does it say to do with that data?
input it into the upgrade file. helmi's newest rom pretty much does this for u if u follow the wiki and the readme that comes with it.
always follow guides TO THE LETTER, or you're gonna screw up your device.

8125 stuck at 95% while flashing

have a cingular 8125 that it gets to the bootloader once u power it up, i tried to flash it with the file i download it from HTC America site, it stops at 95% and give me the error message
Error 326: invalid command
the NBF file cannot be used for your PDA phone, please check your NBF file

Obviously , u are trying to flash with wrong rom. Try other rom.Is your phone g4? Try nbd 8.2 .

Hi, I downloaded the "button's 1.05 ROM" and install it in my PPC, but and error occurred saying that this is not a compatible version....
my wizard is G3 with 2.25 IPL/SPL...
Then the phone stand in a screen with the colors red, green and blue.. i try to restart it and then it dont turn on again...
What I do??
Did I brick my phone??

What should you do? STOP SPAMMING THE FORUM for once; man, three posts all with same text.
If you want to fix your phone go read and READ. Then you'll find out what you did wrong and see the way to fix it.

Problem with Upgrading.

I want to upgrade my diamond to the 1.93,but I can't.
I have tried using the signed Hard-spl and Unsigned Hard Spl each time it finishes in a minute and says that it has successfully completed but when the phone restarts,it is on the same rom. I have even tried the official rom upgrade from HTC E-club,that just gives me an error and guides me how ot get it back, please help
I know that its is pretty strange,I have searched but I have not seen a similar problem

Sounds like you've flashed the Hard-spl but not a ROM
After you flash unsigned Hard-spl, you need to flash any of the ROMs you like from the Rom Development forum after that. The Hard-spl merely opens your phone up so it can be flashed with another ROM but does not contain a ROM with and in itself.

i know that I am not stupid
the hardspl didn't work becuase I have entered the bootloader mode and it didn't say Olinex 40 ,or something like that,and like i said I tried flashing the offical rom from htc e club and that didn't work

[Q] Flashing a ROM, SDCard WON't work, error in RUU.

Hello, so as I stated in the title, I want to flash a custom rom to my X1, I have already installed HardSPL, .72 version, and tried to flash an Energy rom.
The SDCard method won't work, I get the "Image file not found" with my card, and the same error but with some red letters appearing on top of the screen with the other 2 cards i tried. I tried to use KovskyAdvancedRUU to task28 (flash the phone regularly) and as soon as it gets to 1% I get the "Invalid Model ID" error.
Any ideas? Seriously, I don't know if this has been answered before but I have been searching for days and found nothing.
I will be really grateful if someone can provide help, and really sorry if there's already an answer on this.
My already installed rom is WM6.1, stock, Greek.

use hardSPL .78 try again.be sure u did steps in right order

dont forget use task 29 before flashing and hard reset after flashing for good perform for your rom...
