I found from this thread:

The screenshot is attached.
Do you know which application is used?
it can be found HERE .. but be warned, I don't think it will work with the stock ROM for the TyTN II .. at least it didn't work for me when I tried to install it.
Thanks wattsja, it looks dangerous, so I skip this
Working fine in my device, must install first sdkcerts.cab and then one off the other flavours.

i've just bit the bullet and installed it and it worked fine for me.
(I made sure sdkcerts was installed than run the bottom cab on the first post)
I now have a battery icon with the percentage on top.
Your Milage May Vary, but it worked for me.
Flubster
Stand by while I retry ......
EDIT2: Restarting now ......
Edit3: Well, slap me around and call me Susan .. it works. Must have been some other program that clobbered it the first time I installed it. I am happy now!
For the record .. I used the 1st cab (after the sdkcerts) for the full color battery.
I installed Batti: http://pda.jasnapaka.com/batti/
I like the option of displaying a few pixels at the top of the window to represent the battery life left. It saves me from having to keep an actual battery icon in the menubar.
Batti has memory leak issues...
Extra Special Battery Icons are great, but it shows the status only by 10% jumps. Someone should do a updated Kaiser version of this.
Just checking....the battery percentage only shows 100%, 90%, 80%.... right? It does really show the exact amount like maybe 87% or 63%. Can someone confirm this.

Right - it does for me too...
No battery indicator
Hoping somebody can help me here. I flashed new radio software and my battery indicator has stopped working shows main battery as Unknown (and no indication in the meter). Downloaded Batti in the hope that it would kick start something.
Batti works OK but the battery percent is unknown and the voltage is 0.000v. Phone charges OK but the orange LED doesn't come on either.
I need the radio software to make the SMS work on Orange
I've lost the battery icon that appears on the top bar of my Kaiser screen. How can I re-put it again?
Thank you!
Solved.
Thants to the tweaking tool exposed some threads above.
Hi There
I've searched and tried a few programs to display my Network signal strength on my today screen as a percent.
PhoneAlarm was too bloaty and I couldn't find a skin that displayed just the signal percent. (plus the skins are dog ugly)
I found CommsManager Pro, but it had nothing to display on the Today screen.
The other thing that would be just as good is to turn the bar strength icon on the title bar at the top of the screen into a percent.
If anyone knows of a program, cab or hack to get either of these things that would be excellent.
Thanks in advance.
From what i know, even if you find such a program, it would be useless. signal strength is very "relative"...

BatteryStatus today plug in does it... pretty well at that.
I used battery Status for a while, but for some reason found that it caused my battery to run down much quicker.
Over night it would go from 100% to 78% with Battery Status installed, with out it it would go from 100% to 97% in the AM.
I thinnk that was with my 8525 , so never used it on my Tilt. Just check for that, and see if it causes you the same issue.
hi,
somebody know how i can enable the percentage display in the battery icon in status bar? i had it already activated once but now i cant find the option nowhere in the settings after flashing a new rom.. i thought it was in spare parts but it isnĀ“t there anymore Oo
another thing is that sometimes when i acitvate the screen after sleep i get this weird color error like a negativ image with really strange looking colors.. than i have to put it back to sleepe and wake again and everything is normal again. i had this with lots of different roms so i think maybe it is a faulty display.. any ideas?
You can get battery percentage by downloading Battery indicator from the market.
I got the same problems with my screen only when OC speed is below 245MHZ. Make sure you have got min 384MHZ in sleep mode.
oh ok..
i downloaded the battery indicator but last time i had the percentage showing ion the regular battery symbol in the notification bar. now there are 2 battery icons :/ ..
i'm able to do this in cyanogens roms.. but havent tried on sense-roms, actually..
in cyanogen-roms it's located in spare parts
ok i found it in spare parts after all.. the thing is, spare parts is in the new rom i have (i think its ezhero) in the settings menu. but u can also download spare parts form the market which i did. and in the market version are a few options missing it seems.. well, thanks guys..
I recently got the root rights on my Android 7.0 Blu Vivo 5R using these instructions and files. Ever since I did that the battery charge icon does not show the exact percentage. The icon is still there, and you can roughly estimate the charge by it, but the exact numbers are missing. If I remember correctly, the numbers used to be to the side of the icon. Now they only appear when the charge is 15% or lower, and they appear inside the icon. I'd like to change it to the way it used to be.
Google says I have to unlock the System UI Tuner. "Pull down your notification shade, then pull down a second time to show the Quick Settings panel, then long-press on the gear icon for a few seconds until it starts to spin". The thing is, my quick settings panel appears at pulling up, not down, and it does not have a gear icon to press on. Also tried the " Battery Percent Enabler" app, didn't help.
EDIT: The solution is stupidly simple: "Settings->More settings->Hardware->Battery->Styles of battery percent in status bar". Found it by accident. I'm surprised no one answered.
