i had to downgrade to CID unlock so i could put crossbow on, and now that i did there is a really terrible first splash screen. i cant figure out how to put a a new one on.. i attached a picture that would be great as just the first splash screen because the second is fine.. thanks for anyone who could possibly build a file for me or just explain how to do it (doing it would be better.. im just good with putting the ROMs on.. thanks lol)

thanks.. but i dont think you understand. i just want to change the first one. there is a really bad logo and i just need to change it somehow.. ive searched for a solution.. even just a preset other first one.. but i cant find anything that is just that. im sure that someone on here knows how to pack just that one that i attached before into a cab.. so if you do please help me out and explain it or better yet actually do it.. lol thanks guys

You could change only the first splash screen if you used the tools in my post.
Just don't make the second and third splash
In a post in the thread I explained how to change the first splash only (page 3 post 25).

Right this has confused me then. both this new version and the original 4 sided cube (which i think i would prefer) state that this is "FOR THE SPRINT TOUCH ONLY! (HTC VOGUE)" yet it is in the Kaiser forum (tytn II i have but their the same thing right?)
Will this work on my Tytn II (kaiser)?
i've used the HTC original ROM to get rid of all my Orange Branding last night and have been looking around for a "iphone style" interface. could this be my answer?

I turned off touchflo and installed:
HTC.Home.v2.1.1005.722.Directory.And.Brightness.Fix.schen.cab
WM 6.1 Black.zip
HHCv10Final.CAB
Im going to upload/attach a screnshot to show what i mean.

Lol where I said VGA version in my last post was a hyperlink to the vga version of htc home. Just click it and download it from Rapidshare.

Yes im trying to find some cool themes. I like the black theme and ive seen a few others. I will just try and be sure to find one that is vga. There are so many threads here, ive spent like 3 days reading them and trying to figure stuff out. I just got the phone too btw so its all new to me.
Im looking for the original HTC animation like the one attached but in WVGA...Ive had a look but couldnt find, does anybody have it?
The one attached is in VGA, I also have the wav that goes with it if anyones interested.

why you don't use the XDA search function. With my search string i have more then 100 shots....
search term: original HTC start animation wvga
Follow this link, and please use the search function 1st. I hope the link helps you out of your problem
