Is there a registry setting to allow the answer/end button on the wired headset to work with the builtin dialpad wm6 treo 750.

Qtek 2020i.
Hi! I have Qtek 2020i and NOKIA HDW2. I am looking for the same software. Something to make voice calls with BT headset. Did you find anything? Maybe there is some program like buttonMAX, which can map bluetooth button to make a voice call or start Voice2Go or VoiceDial to recognize voice command.
Sorry. I've found any suitable software for this yet. Still looking.

Voice Command through Bluetooth Headset on PDA2K PH20B

I have a PDA2K PH20B running ROM 5.03.02 WWE with radio 1.06.00 and protocol version 1337.38. After reading through the posts here and elsewhere on this topic, I downloaded Voice Command and installed it. Was able to access it with a button press and control it by speaking into the PDA mic with resulting PDA audio, but nothing over either my Cardo Scala 500 or my Jabra BT-250v.
I then downloaded BA_WM5_Voice_Dialer_2.cab and installed it. Using the control buttons on both headsets, I was able to activate Voice Speed Dialer on the PDA, but no audio through the headset and (as I found by covering the PDA mic with my thumb) not voice through the headset mic.
I then did the registry hack (swapping \Program Files\Voice Command\voicecmd.exe for \Windows\sddialer.exe). Control button press did not activate Voice Command but continued to activate Voice Speed Dialer. I then copied voicecmd.exe to the Windows directory and renamed it sddialer.exe (after first renaming sddialer). A control button press then activated Voice Command, but still now voice or audio through the headset.
Does anyone with a PDA2K PH20B have a ROM/hack/program/button press combination that actually allows you to invoke Voice Command (with a button press on either the headset or PDA) and actually send voice and receive audio via the BT headset? If so, could you post your specs and kindly point me from my gloomy Point A to your more enlightened Point B?
AFIAK, the only WM5 ROM which supports A2DP/AVRCP out of the box is TuMa 1.4, the others are all hit and miss... (usually more miss than hit!)

Microsoft Voice Commander 1.6 - Voice through BT headset

Any of you guys had managed to get the voice commands coming out from your BT headsets using MS VC 1.6?
i.e. you press BT headset to activate VC 1.6, instructions from VC 1.6 comes through BT headset, you give instructions through Mic of BT headset.
I tried searching in the forum and only managed to find one thread here but that seems to be only applicable to Hermes.
Any help on this would be appreciated.

i am using 1.6
When i prees my Headset's button, Voice recognition turns on but my voice command is heard by the phone and not through the headset. Maybe this is how it was supposed to work? Seems that actually working through the headset would be to much of a convenience.
i actually tried to make it work, but until now I havent managed to dial via BT handsfree.
i am now using Cyberon, which does the same thing i.e. u press BT handsfree button, it activates the voice command, and you have to talk to the Phone.
I also make a VoiceDial softkey button...
I guess I have to be happy with this, since nothing else works.
MVC 1.6
MVC Ver 1.6 is working well with my PDA2K upgraded to Helmi's 2.6. I have I-Tech Clip S headset and I can hear MVC in my headset. Also streams music to my headset.

What are the profiles you have for the I-Tech Clip S headset?
Is I-Tech Clip S headset with BT 2.0?
When you receive an incoming call, does the audio comes in from the headset or the ppc?
When you speak, does the audio goes into ppc mic or headset mic?
Thanks.

My PDA2K recognizes my I-tech Clip S as wireless stereo and Handsfree. When I receive an incoming call, MVC announces the call through my headset but sometimes, announcement is through the phone ( mostly through the headset). When I speak, audio goes to the headset mic. I'm not sure if my bluetooth stereo headset is BT2. Hope this helps

I just bought the I-tech Clip Radio. It too was recognised by my IIs with Xplode's AKU 3.5 rom as wireless stereo and Handsfree. On the other hand, MVC doesn't annoucee incoming call to my headset at all. My voice too does not go through the headset mic. Very sad!
Can't see your signature but I think you are using O2 Atom. Does it come with Microsoft bluetooth stack or Broadcomm bluetooth stack?
Can you check for me if this dll file is present in your Atom. Do you have Task Manager by DotFred ( http://buzzdev.net/component/option...option=com_content&task=view&id=86&Itemid=1)? If yes, please run it and go to Devices, and check if the following is Loaded or Unloaded?
$device\WAV8(WAV8 => Reg Key is Drivers\BuiltIn\BtA2dpSnd
Mine is not loaded and even if I try to load it, it won't load. When I try to look for the file in \Windows, there wasn't such a file. If you have this file, can you upload for me? BTW, what is the Rom that you are using, i.e. which AKU? You can find out this information from settings, system, about. Mine is AKU 3.5, and it reads as OS5.1.195 (Build 15698.3.5.0).
Next, can you check the build for MS VC? Mine reads as v1.60.4622
Thanks.

Bug: Bluetooth Headset not *really* connected on boot-up

I've been experiencing this problem on my TyTN II with the original ROM. The programs I have installed which may be affecting the problem are:
-CooTek TouchPal 2
-TIInit_4_2_38 Kaiser (Official HTC Bluetooth Fix)
- duttythroy v3 Voip Setup
- Microsoft Voice Command v1.6.17913
Here's the problem:
- boot up the TyTN II (after being completely powered off) or toggle Bluetooth power off & on, with paired bluetooth headset within range and on
- Go to Phone screen. Headset icon is there indicating that the Bluetooth headset is connected.
- Press talk/send button on Bluetooth headset to start Microsoft Voice Command or answer an incoming call.
Result: Headset beeps as expected, but nothing happens on the TyTN II. Voice Command is not initiated. Incoming calls are not answered.
Workaround: If I go to Start>Settings>Connections>Bluetooth... Tap & Hold on my Bluetooth Headset, then choose "Set as Hands Free" the headset beeps again indicated that it made a connection. After I do that, all is as it should be! I can activate Voice Command, and answer/end calls with the Bluetooth Headset. I should not have to set my Bluetooth Headset as the Handsfree device everytime a reboot or toggle the Bluetooth power status.
I suspect it might be the Voip implementation, or the HTC Bluetooth "fix" but haven't done a hard reset yet to test.
Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know of a solution??
What headset are you using? I have the same software (except ROM) as you and haven't experienced this problem. I can SR with headset on and it will reconnect once the device reboots.
I tried it with the Nextlink Invisio G5, and Bluespoon AX2, both of which worked properly with other phones (HTC P3300, Nokia N95, etc., etc.,). I can try other headsets, but I'm pretty sure it's the phone software.
If your Voip and MS Voice Command are the same as mine and everything is working properly, maybe it's the HTC Bluetooth "fix". I guess another hard reset is in order soon.

Help, Bluetooth Headset Configuration with Cyberon Voice Commander

I have Cyberon Voice Commander 1.5.1 installed on my HTC Touch Diamond.
When I press the button on my BT headset the CVC opens and a prompt "say a command" is played through my BT headset; however, it does not seem to take input from my BT headset when I say a command. I tried the program with a wired headset and it works flawlessly. Please advise if there are any settings I need to configure to make it work with BT.
Thanks!
Any help with bluetooth headset stack/configuration would be greatly appreciated.
