Does anybody know what the latest version of HTC home for the Kaiser is? I downloaded and installed v2.0.814.722 from Dutty's Beta Site but the backlight control doesn't seem to work for me. Anyone else have this trouble?
I am having the same problem. I think that I am using a version 2.1, but I'm not sure. Where can you check?

Of course, after looking and looking... as soon as I post the question, I find the solution in the form of the backlight_bug_fix.cab.
So, I'm good.

Hello team,
Is there a fix for the delay you get when pressing space then typing.
Sow ordsc omeo utl iket his.
I've seen some other people talk about this but haven't found a fix...is there one? If it makes a difference, i'm using Dutty's latest ROM.

Can I use this with my original T-Mobile ROM too? Or is it only for Dutty's Roms?

To be honest I'm not sure... Try it and let us know...
This has helped me: http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=56391&d=1193825415 . I had to enable xt9 and to disable it in order to get it working.

Anybody get the latest outta the newer R2 roms yet? One version I found is 5.0.43.63. The current in the Generis R1 UK version is 5.0.43.45...

The CAB posted here: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=55258&page=2 says that its from a new, leaked ROM. Is that what you were looking for?

What advantages/added features does this Arcsoft MMS have over what is in the UK generic rom?

ive not seen a version past .51
thats what im using based on the us r2 rom..
hmm maybe it was in the generic se version, I'm not sure now as I have flashed this thing with some many different versions...lol

I installed this on my SPrint STOCK ROM - and didn't see any new options, programs or accounts added.... Any thoughts?

On WHICH version does it say R1? I have the R2A Generic_UK and it says only xxx.63, no R1!
Only thing I can think of is that this was made for the X1.

I am guessing, that when it is extracted there are hidden parts to the string of version numbers.....someone with more experience in this field may be able to give a more in depth response.

Wildchild, glad you got it, why the desperate need for that build. What exactly does it do over the others that's so different?
Don't worry I've read the Releasenote, there's very little change since .51
No fuss really,lol, but it is nice to have the option to update the current UK R1 version to the latest since there is no Updated rom yet that actually works without glitches with the connectivity. It seems to be a bit more responsive then the last build...just my opinion....

i am using the official ROM R2AA010, the version of Arcsoft MMS is also 5.0.43.63, but there is not the selection option in the menu, so i cannot do a multi-selection operation.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
BTW, the link above was not available now, can someone post the cab file once again, thanks.
5.0.43.111 can be found in the new topaz rom.
and since its a wvga it should technically show full incomming mms pics and not scaled down without a reg edit.

Very lite on resources and somewhat de-bloated.
I can't find it though because every time I try to search, the forum says that search is temporarily down.
Is search working for anyone else or can someone help me locate this rom?
