Noob help needed: Is phone CID locked or not?

Is my Wizard CID locked or unlocked?.
Here is the phone's details at present after I HardSPL(ed) it.

Question is, I thought that the HardSPL process, CID-unlocked the phone, why is the tool showing it is locked?.

HardSPL isn't CID unlocking; is 'simply' patching a modified SPL (hence the name) to fool the bootloader into allowing flashing any ROM.
When WST checks the CID status it reads the CID block zone (which wasn't touched) thus reporting the REAL CID status

Q 2:can you advice on any WM6 roms that are G4 safe to use?
I get the following problem error message with each WM6 rom is used to date.
[ERROR 300]"INVALID UPDATE TOOL: This update utility cannot be used for your PDA phone. Please get newer update utility".
I have searched and read many post on this problem in the forum but I am being super cautious, before I attempt anything I am not sure of regarding G4 limitations.
I am sure after I do the first upgrade sucessfully I will become more confident and adventurous.
Sorry forget question 2 I just read that ROM recommendation is not allowed in the forum.

The details posted lead me to believe you have a WM5 but can't be sure
As for the update tool you must try to use the ones posted by the cooks of the most recent ROMs
I don't know where you were told the ROM recommendation isn't allowed . What more experienced users say is that there are so many good ones that it gets hard to choose from. My favorites at the moment are the TNT ROMs

Hi!! i'm trying to unlock my p3600, tried the pof solution, nothing, then i tried flash all of them(hardspl, radio, cooked rom)from minisd, and still locked..
I notice that when i start my p3600 it gives me this information:

Problem with upgrade ROM to latest version-RESOLVED

I trying flash to this latest DIAM100 HTC__032 02/06/09 ROM2.03.479.2 1.09.25.23 52.51.25.26 20764 1.4.3 2.03
Run flash tool from HTC and end of this ERROR message and end....Diamon boot to normal work
Where is problem please is this number of version HTC__001 vs. HTC__032

[Q] I cant use 3g and wifi (+INFO)

I have one htc g1 dream, but the problem is... i just flash it , from 1.6 android to 2.2.1 android, but the only problem i have is with the wifi and 3g, i cant use wifi , when i turn on the wifi it say ''unable to scan for networks'', and my 3g is not working, i can call and all but i cant use 3g.
can you help my please?

[Q] Flashing ATT on Sprint HTC One M7

So I've done some research into this and it seems that the consensus is that it is not possible to flash an ATT rom on a Sprint HTC one, however the phone I currently own (purchased second hand) seems to be a sprint phone (there's the logo on the back and there's the sprint splash screen that pops up when the phone starts) with a what appears to be a ATT baseband and rom flashed to it. The following information is listed on my phone:

Would it be possible to replicate this on another sprint phone that is unlocked, rooted and S-OFF? I followed every step of this guide (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2665954) on a new sprint htc one in order to try to get it to accept a cricket SIM and work properly but even after doing the GSM fix in the thread the data/signal still constantly disconnects. While on my old phone everything works flawlessly.
Apologies in advance for any missing information or inaccuracies since I am relatively new to this all.

Does anyone know if this is possible?
