oh god i think i bricked my 8125

so i upgraded to t mobile 2.26 and it worked fine..then i tried to flash the underground wm6 and it stalled out at 96 percent and errored...now im stuck at the boot screen with IPL 2.25 and spl 2.25 ....when i try to run the RUU it give me error: 260 or 274 connection or update error...
i dont know what else to do...anybody have any suggestions? please help!

There are several suggestions there on reviving a possibly bricked phone.

i did try that already to no avail...currently i am trying to use the shelltool to flash it..it picks up this info: version 2.26.10.2 device wizard lang. WWE brand HTC ...CID n/a ROM...N/a...says this should take more then 15 min..ill update on the progress....i really hope this works:-(

BTW:It really helps if you tell us what IPL, SPL, OS versions you are on (those numbers that show up when you reboot). Also what type of phone you have (G3 or G4).

im sorry...it says 2.25 for both...however on the shelltool it says 2.26 so i dont even know anymore..
i did follow that tut....the problem is..i cant seem to flash from the bootloader screen...the RUU wont flash to my phone..it gives me an error when its checking phone info...o and its a G3 phone..(to the best of my knowladge)..when i started my rom was 2.25.11.1

Why are you doing shell tool with a G3 (I've seen where some G3's have been bricked with shell tool is used on them)? Did you try to flash the Wizard Love ROM? That seems to help in a lot of situations.
So again, more info helps. What is the exact error you are getting. And what rom are you trying to install? Is your phone CID Unlocked? May be worth trying to go back down to the Button Rom and doing the CID Unlock again.

i dont know what was wrong..really..i just restarted my comp...and downgraded to a stock rom..and it worked fine!

os 2.26
gsm 2.25
when i flash to crossbow every fine up to 99% but after get error 302 some communication problem so i cant flash to crossbow then i flash to t-mobile rom and after that try again but same error after 99% plz help me how to solve this problem

Did you CID unlock? If so how did you do it? Have you flashed any other custom Roms? Are you using XP, Vista or something else?
I bet you are not CID unlocked and that is the source of your issues.

then what to do to cid unloc i used lockiwiz and my mobile is g3 and i use windows xp sp1 plz now tell me plz thanks in advance

The best way to help yourself is to avoid this 'crying for help' posts and read old posts where billions of users had problems too.
Anyway, (to avoid being acused of flaming newbies), you must first check if your phone is CID unlocked for which you can use this tool (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=295038) and in case it isn't you must dowgrade it to a 1.x SPL (don't ask me where to get them as there are a lot of external links in Google), CID unlock it and then move on to the higher (customized) ROMs

Did you downgrade to button rom fist? If not... you're still CID-locked even if lockiwiz tells you it was succesfully. Follow this STICKY:

strucked with boot loader screen in imate kjam

i bricked my imate kjam while upgrading to wm6.now strucked with bootloader screen.nothing can be done .please help.it shows ipl 2.16 and spl 2.16 on bootloader screen.it hapened when i tried upgrade to wm6 using sp5 upgrade tools.

Firstly, this is not brick. A brick is one that you can even power on the Wizard.
Flash with your K-Jam original ROM to get back your OS, then following the stickies in this forum to unlock your Wizard, then flash one of the WM6 ROMs here using bundled RUU application.
p.s I don't know what "sp5 update tools" is.

Download official k-jam Rom 'K-JAM_WWE_216901_2169101_020710_ship.zip' from official website of i-mate k-jam or from the following link below:-
ftp://ftp.clubimate.com
1.unzip the Rom zipfile,get your phone into bootloaders screen (multicolored screen)by pressing and holding down the camera button and the Power ON button together,the phone will start in bootloaders(multicolored screen) it'll show you ipl/spl 2.16
2.when in bootloaders,connect your phone with pc via usb cable, a small usb written will appear at the bottom of the multicolored screen of your phone.confirm it.
3.open the unzipped folder of the downloaded Rom,run the RUU icon in it(double click Ruu.exe)
4. follow the instructions and flash the Rom,after completion,your phone will restart and start working.

I did the exact thing , I've got no errors during that but i still have a blue screen with these
IPL 2.16 , SPL 2.16 , GSM 02.07.10 , OS 2.16.9.1

hello, I am very new to this forum and also new to a windows phone. i will appreciate your patience and kindness to help me. I tried flashing an imate kjam using SOFTSPL. I am now stuck at the muilticolored screen displaying IPL 2.16.0001, SPL 1.06
I dont even know what to do now. i downloaded 'K-JAM_WWE_216901_2169101_020710_ship.zip' from rapidshare and when i tried loading its saying invalid vendor id. unfortunately we can access the clubimate website here in south africa.
Please help me gurus and evryone who has the mercy for me.

IPL 2.16.0001 = G4 and SPL 1.06 = G3 this means your phone is bricked.
To my knowledge nobody has recovered from this.

wizard stuck on bootloader

i had problem with wizard. i tried to upgrade rom, but i cant. it stuck on 99% and gives an error. i think it had cidlock, but i cant unlock it from bootloader.

Download official stock rom of your carrier and flash it in bootloaders to recover back to its default working status,then if its a G3 phone, downgrade to ipl/spl 1.xx by flashing Button's Rom and SIM/CID unlock with lokiwiz02b,but if its a G4 ,it cannot be CID unlocked but can be upgraded to wm6 through 'SoftSPL' or 'HardSPL'.

I can update my rom completely but after restart freeze on ipl-spl screen
And I can’t warm reset it says FORMAT PARTITION FAIL
I try to downgrade my rom but spl freeze on 2.17 – I try button rom and Xda_MiniS_LaunchROM_v154102
I can’t find any official qtek rom for test
And I also try R2SD all with romupdate115 it not work
help please

You got to have a CID unlocked phone to upgrade to any wm6 Rom.Sometimes SPL do get stuck up at 2.xx while downgrading with Button's Rom,it takes a couple of tries to get it downgraded to 1.xx.Flash the button's rom a few times more till it gets downgraded.You can only CID unlock your phone,if it has IPL/SPL 1.xx.

Don't use those ROMs as they are for G4!!!
If flashing original ROM doesn't solve the case then you'll have to buy the unlock program from IMEI-check company.

No. the problem is simply of messed up firmware. I believe that the SPL tries to load the OS but it must be at a different address and never starts to load.
The IMEI-check tool will simply CID unlock your device. You still have to do the "r2sd all" procedure...

the thing is i cannot synchronize d device from active sync right now
and before upgrading the rom i have unlocked d device using wizard service tool
and i have tried flashing all the roms button rom, wizard love, tmobile original rom wm5
its a g3 phone and mistakenly i have once falshed G4 rom on my G3 device
