can we remove palm messanging? and use wm 6.1 chat style messaging?
i am using cooked wm 6.1 rom from ppcwarez.com but it's more stable than chaimd's lite wm6.1. but i prefer to use wm 6.1 messanging.
is it possible to remove palm messaging?
i searched and didn't find anything yet, has anyone made a cab that will update the SMS from 6.0 to 6.1? I used the PIE cab and it worked great. I will eventually get around to flashing a 6.1 ROM but don't want to have to reset my phone right now.

I have seen this but this isn't the same as the one being used in WM 6.1, correct? Or am I wrong?

The above link will give you threaded SMS, but it is not the same as the threaded Arcsoft SMS/MMS in WM 6.1 ROMs. Palm Threaded SMS looks nicer, but tends to slow the device down a bit.
Is anyone working on a cab for the theaded SMS in 6.1?
I think people are working on ROMS with the 6.1 messaging.
ATT has listed the tilt as getting the upgraded OS.
Hi! I have a problem with sms chat window in new manila contacts. I think it does not support UNICODE. If i sent SMS from standart WM sms interface in russian its ok, but if i sent sms in russian from Manila contact chat window the receiver gets "???????". is it possible to fix this? Maybe with some regestry edeting? Or there nothing can be done? Will appreciate any help.
I also got this problem when using chinese.

At present there is no Unicode support in the new Manilas (Rhodium and Topaz). Just have to wait

All latest ROMS with the final Topaz Manila are good (Duttys v2.8 & EnergyROM 1.0 etc)
i'm using dutty's v2.8 and i have no problem with sending unicode sms...
im using the sense 2.5 winmo 6.5 rom. Im having trouble finding where to make the text messages threaded. any help would be great.
Hello I have Exquisite V4.14 - 23569 with Sense 2.5. Have you got anybody solution for return normal WM Messaging? Manila Messaging has got same errors and I'm accustomed for using WM Messaging. I need only solution for this: If I tap on anyone message in Sense messages tab then I want to see clasical WM messaging. Thanks for solution
