Anyone can advise whether Diamond can work as Fax machine like those WM3. Really missed this function.

Just wondered if anyone had a Tomtom 720 that they link via bluetooth with their Tytn II? Essentially although there are no probs linking the two bits of hardware together, it appears that no one can hear me well at the other end on a phone call. I have to shout like a madman (even when stationary) - although I can hear them fine. This also happened with the Tytn, so ended up never using it as a hands free....
I'm asking the question here because I get the run around from TomTom, who say..."Is your phone on our supported list...blah blah" - but what bugs me with this Tytn II is that it's suppose to run TomTom, so why doesn't it work with their hardware????

No solution for you, but:
I had a 910 that would connect for traffic, weather and eMail, but had the same problem you are experiencing with 'hands free'. I can hear them, but I have yell for them to hear me.
Now, I am on a 720... Hands free works perfectly, but it will not connect to the internet, weather, traffic, etc.
And, like you, TomTom is no help.
If you find a solution for me, please drop a line.

still my problem is that I don´t know how to make a data call by an application from the kaiser htc.
I have this kaiser and a windows xp pc with an analog modem (don´t laugh!)
kaiser has some daily data that needs to get transmitted to the other pc.
I don´t want to use an internet connection.
since I am new to pda with phone built in, I need a clue where to look for a solution. I want to use vb.net 2005.
RIL seems to be the answer to my problem. But where do I find a ril dll to use with visual studio 2005 ?

Is there any fax receive software for Touch Diamond? (other than very old KSE Truefax)
I use my kaiser in conjunction with a voice activated parrot car kit.
Problem is when i attempt to make a call using it, the S2U software blocks the voice dial activator.
Is there a way around this?
alternatively, im running the manilla 2d software, and just need a keylock option on the main screen, and cant seem to find out how to get one!

While I don't have a solution, you may be interested to know that I have been using a Kaiser (XDA Stellar from O2) with a Parrot CK3100 car kit and S2U2-1.62-QVGA without any problems. Up until yesterday I had the stock WM6.1 ROM but just changed to the Hyperdragon IV Rhodium ROM, which it works well.
If you think it might help to compare, settings let me know.
