hi
the radio on the diamond can read the rds streams, because i get the sender names.
is it possible to write a programm that read the tmc information with the rds function from the radio?
thanks
mr.betatester
Station names are transmitted via RDS and not TMC.

Hi everyone. I recently purchased a htc remote that apparently has a built in fm radio in it, but i dont have any software to tune/use it. is there any sort of FM tuner program available?
thank you
there isn't a FM-radio chip in the kaiser. so the program u need is useless
plz search next time, this has been discussed a million times
does anyone know if there is a program or something which will enable me to record the radio station i am listening to using the touch pro. why didnt htc include this basic function even the cheapest nokia 5000 has this functionality.
my understandingis that hardware prohibits this. However, you can just record the speaker: http://www.fuzemobility.com/?p=750
try Resco Radio

Resco Radio allows you to record whatever station you have up in their application to the device or storage card.
*Good luck*
thanx man i will give it a try.
does resco radio only tape internet radio. how can you record 'free to air' radio that i tune into on my tp2?
Resco Pocket Radio only does internet stations. Anyone found any decent FM/speaker/headphones recording software?
Has anyone considered writing a driver to emulate one of the TMC receivers that iGo8 supports and then feeding it with traffic information from Google Traffic?
Would such an app even be feasible?
is there a way to record FM Radio broadcasts?
there are some free radio apps on the market, check them out.
just type radio or fm record in the search bar.
I don't think it programtically possible as Android doesn't natively support FM radio (this may have been added, it was quite a while ago I read this)
Is there any chance of making the FM radio functional?
(The FM reciever is used, for example, for online translation on meetings to different languages.)
I'm interested (but not putting much hope so far...)
This is possible?
Are there any new HW info pls?
Really interested... That would be great!
