I have Manila 2D working quite well on my kaiser... The only problem is the clock. Whenever I try to put a new clock/theme on the home tab and I take off the analog clock with M2DC, my digital clock stacks the numbers ontop of one another on the right-hand side of my phone. Anyone know why this keeps happening to me?
Same Issue
My clock is doing the same thing. When i remove the analog clock from the Home XML tab in M2D Customizer, my clock goes off to the far right hand side of the s creen? Is this an issue with manila 2d or is the customizer not working properly?
*Attempting to hard reset device right now...*

Heres a picture of my problem
I have encountered the same problem before. Make sure that you have the most current version of M2DC (easily done using AppToDate). This solved my clock problem. Another problem is witht he two page weather... The layout gets jacked up if you change themes, requiring either editing of the xml or hard resetting to correct the problem. In either event, editing the xml was the choice I went with.
I had the same problem last week after using one of the manila customiser..
in the end had to do hard reset.
maybe I should have reinstall Manila?
but I can't see Manila when I tried to remove programs.
updating the version of M2DC helped my problem as well. I did not reinstall M2D to a different version, just a hard reset, and it was fixed.
Same Issue
It's kind of redundant when you have to hard reset to fix something so simple. It's like the M2D customizer does this on purpose. I have this awsome clock that I found as a cab file that replaced the origional clock in Manilla 2D. I have the mose update Manilla 2d customizer per this thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=427392
and the latest version of Manila 2D from this thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=425851.
Heres how it goes.... I can hard reset my device, and install the manila cab. I can then install the Manilla 2D customizer and loadthe theme that I made.. I will then install the cab file for the Clock that I like. It works great... As soon as I change to another theme, It goes all hay wire. I dont that much care for the analog clock and wish there was a way to disable it completely.
I guess it's the small thing that drive me crazy
I got the same problem in my Jade.

You need to change the registry settings back to the theme file settings after you disable the analog clock.

I dont think its due to m2dc, i have been flashing alot of ROMs and have found the newer builds seem to be the problem, not sure why? You can untick the analog and copy over the theme .xml with total commander and soft-reset but then you still have the alarm etc, you can edit out the unwanted in the .xml and there is a thread about this.
M2DC clock messed up
Folks,
same problem for me and Ihave found a workaround:
even with manilla 2d cooked in I install the following cab after having
installed m2dc and a corr. theme:
SJ 2DManila 1_00_18203328_00.cab
The installation will be unsuccesful but anyway, after a softreset the clock
is displayed in correct manner. Hope that helps.
Happened to me the other day, I figured I just did something wrong. I did a hard reset and changed to a different theme, and didn't have that problem, weird. Curious what would cause this.
According to M2DC's site, this problem was resolved and was a known issue. As of the Jan 30 release it was resolved according to the developer. Are you SURE you have the newest version ?
Its Right Here....Check against your Version
Hope this helps
ALSO,
What I did was backup the OEM Manilla theme using M2DC with the older version so I was able to restore it later....worked well as I was experimenting skins No need to hard reset
This registry setting did the trick for me:

Dear all,
i'm pretty new on the board and not sure that's the right place where to ask.
i have an HTC Touch Pro and installed TF3D config of Diamond in order to change themes.
1) did i a wrong thing installing TF3D diamond on raphael?
2) after i changed the theme (black carbon) the branded Big Clock worked for some time
3) now it's a simple clock without any animation
4) i tried to set branded clock from TF3D, but no result!
can you help me please to put back the branded clock?
thanks in advance.
Hi all!
Just got my new o2 Serra today and have been playing about with it. Didn't like the o2 themes so swapped it for the standard HTC TF3D one - Might get a bit more adventurous at a later date
One thing tho, i installed a carbon theme that included a carbon version of the dialler buttons. I have since removed the theme by installing the htc one but dialler buttons are still carbon... i have used the Advanced Config tool to take it back to default but now it doesn't match the standard keyboard design... ??? i'm guessing that o2 use a specific theme other than the htc default one..
I quite liked the original one and was wondering if anyone could tell me if there is a registry entry that controls this and/or where the themes for the dialer are kept? or can anyone tell me where to get a cab for the o2 dialler theme?
Thanks guys
what themes are there for the htc touch pro for alltel that actually work? ive been trying to get the real black theme to work and i cannot get the font color to change in the tabs to white. could somebody help? this is what i tried
1 turned it into a zip file and extracted with total commander that worked but the background didnt change had to install mun_background4all.cab and then the background worked
2. used diamondTF3D cab and installed the theme that way and still the same thing happened.
would running this manilla update cab help at all? what does this do exactly?

I have a voda version of htc touch pro - I want black theme
Hi,
Been trying to change the firmware on my device from Voda theme (its shocking!). It appears that it is more complicated in changing the theme than first expected. I would like to change the theme back to the original (good) htc black theme.
Does anyone know how to do this?
Hey! I have recently purchased an xda serra, which is the HTC Rapheal, however it comes with the default o2 blue theme. I do like the o2 blue theme however I would like the choice to change from the blue theme to the black theme that I have seen as the default for the HTC version of this phone.
I would like to reliterate that I would like the choice to easily change from one theme to another and not to resset the default or have to reset simply to change the theme.
Any ideas on the best ways to do this?
I am willing to invest in a low price theme editor however the ones I have seen are a bit naf and i am specificaly looking for the HTC black theme.
many thanks!
Chris
Here's a couple of options depending on what type of Rom you have -> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=5756512&postcount=1086 and http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=615905
Personally I use the second one the majority of the time.
HTC theme BLACK
Hey thanks for your responce,
I tried the first black theme and it only makes the top and bottom bar go black the pages of the touch flo screen are still all in the blue o2 theme.
and the second theme is for WM 6.5 which I do not have I am still on a basic rom version 1.90.206.4 WWE I have not flashed a new rom on as I am scared to lose the phone . I am a dummie when it comes to the technical stuff.
Any more ideas on how to get the HTC black theme are still very welcome!!!!
HTC Black Theme
As mentioned earlier you should ditch the default o2 rom as soon as possible, however do not despair you can have what you want...
1. Install Touchflo 3d Config Setup to your device and soft reset.
2. Install .tsk theme in previous post
3. Soft Reset.
4. Go to Settings, Today and select HTC Black (this will change your bar colours etc.)
5. Start Touchflo 3d Config setup, go to the themes tab, in the drop down menu you will find HTC black. It will prompt you to install, it takes several minutes to install. At the end it will prompt you to soft reset.
After this you will run the stock HTC black theme, the o2 theme and some others you will find in Diamond, Themes and Apps, Touch flo 3d config setup thread.
Nothing here will harm the warranty on your device, a hard reset restores factory settings back to the o2 theme.
Same as
Hi,
Im in the same boat, have you tried this yet, and did it work?
