actually this is a pass through page from Tiger Direct. And it's tri-band -- it would work fine on T-Mobile, but have problems with coverage on AT&T.

No, will not work. Best you'll do is Edge.
A brief article for you:
http://www.businessweek.com/the_thread/techbeat/archives/2008/10/unlocked_android_no_so_fast.html
i would like to use my d4 on att but i always get the no signal bar. i am running olegfusion's stock gsm ICS rom on safesystem.
i dont know whats wrong with it. i have the settings set to gsm in the menu but i have also tried the global settings but none of them work. i called att earlier, thinking it was a problem on their end but they said everything should be working fine. ive also tried my friends att microsim card but still no service. any ideas?
as it was pointed in several threads, droid 4 doesn't work with gsm carriers of USA. My ROM is oriented to Abroad GSM

There were some old articles, working on T-mobile (US) EDGE.

There is currently one on eBay for a very reasonable price and the seller is stating that it will work on AT&T. Is that true? If so, will I receive LTE? Thanks!
It won't get LTE

You should not need to, as all Verizon phones are already unlocked. You just won't get lte on other networks

You just corroborated what I just said.
The fastest network speeds you will get are 3G HSPA+

I find it extroardinary you were able to even temporarily get a 4G signal.
That said, you could try changing your APN settings. Here is a link to an article explaining how.
