Has anyone, been having problems with the htc diamond keyboard, where when you press one key it presses something else? Like when i touch the keyboard symbol to minimize it, it presses the delete button and what not?

I've got Juicy ROM 3.7
and this problem is one of my only problems
90% of the time, I hit that little keyboard button on the screen and it presses save/menu or a key. Its a big PITA.
The Button to open/close the keyboard is very hard to hit. Is there a way I can assign a button on the phone itself to open/close the keyboard instead of hitting that little box? Its not very efficient and bugs the crap outta me. Thanks!
anybody?
Bueller?
Hello all... as it has become clear by now, the 4 touch keys act like the buttons on the Diamond 2 when using a Rhodium rom. Except for the home button that is.
For those unfamiliar, the home button and the hang up button are one on the Diamond 2, making the home button on the Blackstone reduntant. Now, I've googled the issue and found out that there is no reliable way to map the home button to anything, at least not with conventional means.
So here comes the million dollar (virtual of course) question - is it possible to remap the home button to act like the start button in the rhodium roms?
Now that the Diamond2 is out, has anyone made any progress regarding this?
I'm using second today with the TwitToday plugin (http://dalelane.co.uk/blog/?p=244) but I can't type into it with my slide out keyboard.
Anyone have an idea what might be happening? The cursor is in the twit box but none of my keys work. (the windows key works though and the FN and CAPs light lights up.)
just turned off tf3d rodium manilla and tried the plugin in the acual today screen and it works with slide out keyboard.
What is causing it to not work with second today?
Is there a particular way to use the slide out keyboard? I find that when the key top part of the key is pressed, it might not register the input. However, if I press the bottom part of the key, the input will register. This is most evident with the C, Space bar and Back Space keys. Is there something wrong with my keyboard?
Hi,
I have a Bluetooth Keyboard and I was wondering if there is a way to map a key on that keyboard to function as the four soft keys (Back/Options/Home/Search).
The keyboard works fine but having to go back to press "Back" etc kinda defeats the purpose.
I'd like to do this too, did you find anything out Jon?
