Help. Who faced the such: when I am connected to a vpn-server from phone, all works normally. But when I am connected to a vpn-server from the computer through the general Internet, session lasts 3 minutes of 20 seconds and stops. Then (4 minutes) it is disconnected and it is necessary to be connected anew. It occurs on different computers equally. At connection from phone session is not disconnected. In computer options all is normally adjusted, because at connection not through phone all works normally. Who faced the such? Help.
Always, the connection stops at 3.18-3.20 and disconnect at 4.00

Almost EVERY time I hook my Tilt to my PC to synch, the PC beeps (indicating it sees something plugged into the USB), I see a message about being authenticated successfully on the USB on the Tilt, and after a bit, I get an error message on the PC about being unable to communicate.
A disconnect and reconnect, sometimes twice or three times, hooks it up.
Any thoughts?
Fire Wall!
I met this situation too in the past, it might the fire wall lead to the fact, please close the fire wall and try again.
Kudos to the developers and owners of this site!!!
Now has anyone experienced the following problem when syncing TyTnII
When I connect my TyTnII to my laptop which is connected to a wireless gateway my gateway has a hissy fit and locks up. I have to restart the gateway with the TyTnII disconnected from the laptop.
It gets annoying when trying to install directly onto TyTnII and I cant.!?!?!?
Any help would be appreciated....
Am I getting this right?
- Your laptop is wirelessly connected to a gateway
- Your Kaiser gets connected to your PC (bluetooth, USB,?)
=> Your gateway crashes...
I don't see any relation between both actions (though there apparently is one). Could you post some more info? Is there anything special about your network configuration?
I wonder if it's not the gateway that is crashing, but your laptop is the one crashing. I've noticed on mine that during the initial connection phase where my desktop is recognizing the phone, my internet connection will be interrupted. IE will hang searching for a page. If I unplug the phone the page will pull up instantly. If I plug the phone up and wait for the connection process to finish, all is good.
A few days ago my Tilt stopped synchronizing properly. It connects (via USB) to my laptop, Activesync checks for differences, then starts "synchronizing". This is where it gets stuck. It stays in "synchronizing" for hours (until I unplug the USB cable). I can view the contents of my miniSD card from the PC, so the USB connection appears to be ok. Any ideas? I haven't changed anything on the PC or Tilt....not sure why this started.
Update: I restalled ActiveSync and all is well. Not sure how it got corrupted, but that appears to be the case.
I am having the same problem, I have a O2 Atom also that works fine with my laptop.
Well, I've had additional issues, but this time I power cycled the phone and synchronizing worked. Not sure what the issue is.
Hey,
I'm already having 6th WINMO device and already second Xperia. But for the past few weeks I'm experiencing some difficulties with Activesync.
I have a PC, connect X1 through USB or BT. When I connect through USB, everything works fine UNTIL I get a call or incoming SMS. Then Activesync disconnects. Not immediately, but after few seconds. When I connect via BT and transfer (lets say) 5MB file, AS randomly disconnects as well.
USB is OK, tried exchanging the hub. Was working previously. And yes, Advanced Network blablabla is unticked under USB to PC. I checked all running processes in X1, also the Notification DB but it's clean as Virgin Mary..
Has anyone run into same problem like I did?
*my first comment* ^^

Hi guys,
I am having a problem with the wireless transfering feafure on my Z3C. A couple of hours ago I still could use it to sync my music wirelessly, then suddenly now I cannot use it anymore. When I tap the PC name in the paired PC list and tap connect, the phone try to connect to the PC but some how it cannot and just pop up a failure message.
This is the second time this problem happens and I do not know what causing it. The last time I changed my PC name and it worked again but just a few days later it happened again. Both devices were connected to the same WiFi and the pairing has been set up exactly as the instruction. I don't want to change my PC name over and over again, and I absolutely do not want to use the USB cable, so can anyone suggest me a solution to fix this once and for all?
Thank you
I'm having the same problem now. It's annoying. I'm resorting to normal usb connection now, but some light on this matter would be great.
Just checked mine (win 8.1 64bit) after not using it for some weeks, it connected right away, no issues.

Ok, I found a solution. I restarted my wifi modem and disconnected my phone and PC. After reconnecting, I followed the instructions on the PC Companion program and now my phone connects properly every time. Hope it helps you.
Bumping this. I have the same problem on Windows 8.1, and nothing worked so far. Tried with two different Internet connections and nothing.
Reseting the rooter - Nothing
Putting screen with 30 min timer and letting it work - Nothing, it always says it's impossible to connect in less than a minute.
There's nothing else running on the PC nor on the phone, so I really don't know what else to try besides another app like AirDroid or Wifi File Transfer.
Any ideas?!
