October is a month in between the winter months and the summer months.It would usually have the sun and clouds in a mixed manner.It could be sunny in the morning but the evening could be cloudy with light rain.The chances of rain is always 60%.But this is a lovely month to be in London…its special because things are changing from summer to winter so are the clothes and all things in stores. In fact this is the month to shop since all sales will be on and don’t forget to have a Tea break in between in a restaurant
But the British always have a special feeling for October. It is the waiting period for winter and it’s the time for sales. Everything changes for winter fashions and summer clothes etc are on heavy discount. In fact it just not on clothes but it’s a frenzy sale time and local people usually do their yearly shopping in October. They wait for this sale time to get the best bargains. You will never realise how tiring it is to go shopping unless you do it once. It can poop you out and then you can take a break in a restaurant while you pause after a session of shopping. Actually if you like to shop this is the best period for you to visit London.

Motorola Rises After Saying It May Drop Mobile Phones

Feb. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Motorola Inc., which has lost mobile- phone market share to all of its major rivals, rose the most in almost four years in New York trading after saying it may bow to shareholder pressure and shed its money-losing handset unit.
Chief Executive Officer Greg Brown said yesterday that the Schaumburg, Illinois-based company is exploring its options, including a possible separation of its mobile-devices business.
The announcement pleased investors including billionaire Carl Icahn, who have demanded that the company dispose of the unit. The business, which accounts for about half of Motorola's revenue, lost $388 million last quarter as customers defected to phones from Samsung Electronics Co. and Apple Inc.
``Enough people, from Carl Icahn to many others, have suggested that this is the best thing for Motorola to do,'' said Mark Mowrey, a Laguna Beach, California-based analyst at Al Frank Asset Management, which owns Motorola shares. ``I hope it's not a reaction from the executive side to a lot of the near-term sentiment the company is hearing from investors.''
Motorola jumped $1.11, or 9.7 percent, to $12.61 at 3:31 p.m. in New York Stock Exchange composite trading, the most since April 2004, after rising 13 percent to $12.97 earlier. The stock had fallen 42 percent in the past year before today.
Citigroup Inc. upgraded the shares to ``buy'' from ``hold'' after the announcement.
Motorola's phone shipments plunged 38 percent last quarter after it lost customers to Apple's iPhone and camera phones from Samsung. That brought Motorola closer to losing its spot as the third-largest handset maker in the world.

Uh... The magnetic poles wouldn't switch overnight... It would take some time for that to happen, even if that occured. A geomagnetic reversal is a cycle. They've switched about 60 times during the last 65 million years. The latter few million years of the Cretaceous and the first couple of million years of the Paleocene both occurred during one slice of "reversed" polarity known to its fans as chron 29R. ("Reversed" means the polarity then was to the south.) The subsequent average between reversals has been a bit over a million years.

look at the old legends, and prophecies... the world is at its worst it's been at so far. Wars and conflicts all over we barely hear about, the air, water and land are all polluted, the stocks are at their lowest, and there is so much hate. I'm not saying that there is no love or beauty left in the world, but it is being diminished
If anything does happen like nuclear war or World war 3 that it will begin around 2012 and by 2017 the world will be a whole different place then what it is today.

Second Quarter of 2011 is the official release period. Any other release date(s) other than from Motorola or Verizon Wireless are just rumors and speculations.

I have called Wireless Advocates, 1-888-369-5931 (Costco's Wireless partner). Got the contact information from mynassda on the Droid forum.
Their computer shows that the Bionic will be in Costco stores on May 12th.

Read the leaked document - iPhone 5 options include 16 or 32 geebez, the bottom of the document recommends CSRs fast track sales for customers by stereotyping them, and characteristics to look for include tightness of their clothes, size of their european shoulder bag, thickness of glass rims, and continued insistence on having a phone with a white bag.

I dont have the link, but do a google on upcoming phones for verizon. The first link that pops up mentions that date. These guys àre a credible source and have been for awhile.

Is that story about it being on Amazon Wireless for a few hours for $149 true? Will that be the price with new service / 2yr contact?
It's pissing me off, I want a new phone but if I get the Thundderbolt for $199 now and the Bionic comes out in June for $149, or $200, or even $250... I will be really pissed!!!

my upgrade has been available since Nov 2010...but i've been waiting for this phone...i will conintue to wait...
my fascinate will hold me up till then...

Hopefully, this is a retooled release of the Targa as the Bionic.

I would have expected MMI to drop after the announcement hit the news today. Oddly enough the stock came back up for a positive close for the day.

Can't see a thread on this, draw was made earlier and true to form Ireland get one of the toughest groups especially world champions Spain, both Italy and Croatia are quality on their day and we'll be massive underdogs going into this but we might surprise a few people.
England got a handy group but getting to Ukraine will be a logistical nightmare for their fans, Poland wont be quite as bad for us although looks like we'll be taking the long route as the price of flights is insane.

Maybe this time Poland will get to the round of 16s (Yes, I am from Poland, and yes, I dislike the Polish national team)
And flights from Dublin to Poland arent that expensive. Lat time I flew AerLingus (had a transfer in Dublin[yes, I did drink the GUinness there, so much better] and the flight was pretty cheap for the summer) and also you have Ryan Air which is basically the price of the change you can find in your couch.

Generally they are not too bad however the airlines in particular Ryanair who i hate have quadrupled prices cashing on so it looks like we'll be on a coach and getting ferries and taking the long route, probably better craic that way, im looking forward to going to Gdansk i hear it's a wonderful city.
