i have problem with my ppc
ihave pda2k and i installed the new rom (( KitchenAKU3.5v2-xplode)) on it
he work one day only after that he hanges and the screen stop and he cant
take any command from me (( the mobile can not understand and take any
touch from me )) but the input from yhe keyboard work no problem ???
SO ... i need to know where is the problem from tha cable between the
screen and the mother board or from the rom ????

if you builded the default rom i guarantee you that it has no problems with input devices, the problem is in your PDA, i will advice you to take it to the nearest service point for repair

Hello Guys,
today I got my Herald back form o2-Germany it was under repair for 2 months and a half.
First I thought everything works great but when I tried to start WiFi (wireless LAN) it switched off after about a second or two.
I tried 10 times but every time the same..
I did a hardreset twice but nothing happend.. automatically switch-off after a second!
Does anybody know what to do?
If it doesn't work I'm allowed to give it back to the shop and take the money or another mobile.
The only other smartphone I would buy now is the Orbit2 (HTC touch cruise) but i want a hardware keyboard.. but there is none but the Terra (Herald) in germany!
Is the Cruise as good as it is described?

There is no official German o2-ROM to unbrick or reflash for repair.
Thats the big Problem the give it only for a few devices out.
My wing was doing that also. It would only turn off it was connected to the pc though. After I unplugged it wlan stayed on.

I have two defective S730, which I want to dismantle to make one working S730. The screen is broken on one of them and the other one is water-damaged, but the screen works.
Is there anywhere on this site or the internet where I can find a description telling how to disassemble and assemble a S730?
i also have the same plan and 2 phones.. i search a howto

recently got this XDA and as good as it is i prefer the original diamond software, apparently the o2 software that comes pre installed in slightly different and not as good (kinda glitchy aswell)
would it be possible for me to delete the o2 software and install the original diamond sofware instead?
any immediate problems i should be aware about before i try?
