Hey everyone I posted a thread a week ago about getting a new battery and cover because I lost mine but thats besides the point. In that thread someone said just use that HTC number from the other thread to get the battery door and sleeve.. Anyone know this HTC parts number?
I already purchased a new stock battery.
Thanks,
-Charlie
Sounds like you need to change your subscription settings to subscribe to the threads in which you post.
Here's my thread post with the number.

Hi there,
As the title suggests, I lost my XDA Ignito, claimed on my insurance, and then 2 weeks later found the original one (behind the sofa, battery had come out...).
So my question is: what can I do with it? If anything at all?!
I'm not looking to scam anyone (just in case anyone is going to get on their moral high horse about this), but at the moment it's just a lump of plastic and electronics, and surely it could be put to some use?
Could I use it as a second phone? Or should it just become a very expensive paper weight?
It does work (ie turn on), but I haven't put a sim in to try it.
Anyone's thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks
HPJ
Did you report as lost to your network?
If you did the IMEI will be blocked, so you wouldn't be able to use it as a phone, however the Diamond/Ignito has a lot more features than just a phone:you could use it as a GPS device or a WiFi net tablet.
If you have not reported it to your Network provider then the phone function might still work. Although the insurance company might have listed on the stolen phone database. I believe the database is called CheckMEND .
But however legally it is now property of the insurance company so don't do anything stupid like register it for insurance or take it to service centre.
Hope I was helpful,
Yes you were helpful, thank you. And apologies for the late reply - I was not subscribed to receive notifications of any replies.
Ok, so I basically have a Diamond I can use for Sat Nav / Music and whatever else. Seeing as I now have a new phone (moved to iphone and very very happy!), I guess the old Ignito will sit around gathering dust.
Cheers

Currently, i have a $600 pile of garbage because I can't get a $20 part. I am hoping that someone one here might be able to help me out.
The piece I am looking for, i believe is referred to as the "Vibrator with Frame". The link below, is the only place I can find the piece, but after numerous emails, I get no response, not sure it's because I only speak english, or they only advertise it, but don't actually have the part
http://www.lunacommerce.com/269-google-nexus-one-vibrator-with-frame.html
There is a piece of electrical tape attached to this part, but underneath it lies the antena for GSM reception (wish I knew this beforehand), an orange colour.
So, does anyone on here have any idea how I could get this piece? Does anyone have a bricked nexus one wanting to sell any parts? PLEASE, ANYONE????????
I have contacted HTC, (unbelievably), they claim there is no parts department, so I can't get this part from them, unless I send in the phone (which I am not willing to do). I was thinking there must be some third party repair centers that might be able to get this as well, but they couldn't tell me of any.
Also, I don't need this thread to be full of comments suggesting I shouldn't had taken this apart to begin with, I realize my mistake. I am an electronics technologist by trade, I have taken apart many devices in my time, just had some unfortunate luck this time around.
Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.
Not to be unhelpful here, but when I read the title of this thread I thought you were looking for something toooooootally different.

Well, first off I just realized I should have posted this thread in Q&A section, sorry Moderators.
Trust me, I realize that (in reply to quoted comment), if you think about it though, my subject is the literal part I am looking for, what I need (the antenna), is attached to this part.
I never thought originally that this was the part I was looking for either, but this is the only way to explain it.
ive seen 3 sites for nexus one parts somewhere either in the Q and A or the accessories forums.
Found the part, problem solved!
Well, thanks to a pm I received, I was able to order this part through ebay. Had to spend a little more than I wanted, but at least now I can put this back together and have a working phone to sell.
To respond to the post above, yes there are many sites with "parts for Nexus One" phones, I have been to many, many sites. I wouldn't have posted such a detailed question to begin with if it was that easy. All of these "parts" sites, offer aftermarket accessories, not internal components, well besides the touchscreen and digitizer.
Anyways, problem solved (hopefully, not sure until it is installed I guess!)
Just recieved a "NEW" note from a major carrier by post 02/03/12 , the broken seal has been resealed over, and accessories (battery/cable) were not in there right places. The build date is 11/11/11, and firmware is kk5, given that its months old ,I wondered what the build dates on your recent phones are, and could I have your thoughts on the matter please. The phone looks okay, but I don't want a second hand or a refurbished phone if thats what it could be, its not what I've paid for, many others had resealed items sent by post.
thanks.
To know the latest build of each region, you can use either:
CheckFusDownloader OR
visit samsung-update.com OR
check on dr.ketan's post
Carriers have to open the box to put a stamp on the warranty card. You don't have to worry about anything
How's it going guys,so recently i had problems with my Htc One, one afternoon it started to overheat for no reason and finally died and wouldnt turn on or even charge or do anything. i called HTC,the girl on the phone said it seems its covered under warranty since it hasnt been a full year.i paid and sent in my phone to them, they received it,later told me my phone didnt fall under warranty for some reason,so i asked to send it back.
Today, i "received my phone" ,noticed a scratch on the screen (which mine didnt have)
tried connecting it and powering it and and it wouldnt do anything,it would do the HTC sounds when it powers on,so i was confused....
I turned it over and noticed it had the red "BEATS" logo, which mine didnt have, and it had the AT&T stamp on it!
wtf, they sent me the wrong phone,so now , they basicly lost my phone and sent me a random one!
I know its not mine just not cause of the AT&T and BEATS print on it,but also it came with a sticker on the back with the phones serial number which doesnt match mine either, and to verify this,i plugged it in to my computer, and when i right click on HTC ONE and click on properties ,it gives me a AT&T software version along with the phones serial number.
I called in and the rep told me i had to call in tomorrow and speak to a tech. has anybody here experienced anything like this with HTC? what should i do now? call them and ask them to send me my phone? what if they don't have it and have lost it? should they send me a refurbished one? they should also pay for the "wrong" phone i received to get shipped back?
i'm way confused ,sucks! hopefully they sort things out at HTC repair center and send me a replacement/refurbished Sprint HTC One,this is just absurd.
any advice would be helpful!
Greetings,
Please post all questions in Q&A.
Thread moved.
Thank You,

Hello Guys.. and Gals.
I am in a search for a back housing of a white T mobile sm910t note 4. Checked ebay and a few others cellphones parts websites and I can not find one for sale. I actually found a brand new back housing for a sm910f (europe) note 4. Does anyone know if this two back housings are compatible? Please be advice I am not talking about the battery back door. I am talking about the "metal frame" that holds the battery and the battery back door.
Thanks in advance.
Javy.
The metal frame? Couldn't find a white one. Try alibaba

He said he was looking for the frame not the battery door. Op, I'm almost positive someone posted a site to buy and a how to here in the general section quite some time ago. So if you just skim through all the threads in general you may find it.

The op asked for the back cover. The second post asked for the frame.

Confirmed that N910F frame works for N910T. I've done the swap. If you have any specific questions, send me a PM.
