Okay, has anyone else found that when they type in all the information and click the next button to order the nexus they get an "oops" screen from google?!

But ive been trying back for 2 days Is there something going on or just something with my end?
I'm choosing to create a new 2 year agreement. I input my moms information considering i'm only 17. She DOES have a family plan and has a contract right now, BUT i did do this a few months ago and she WAS eligible. Then once i enter everything in, i don't ever see that "checking eligibility" screen, it just gives me the error message instantly. I haven't had anybody offer to let me use their ssn and license number to test if it is her family plan that is screwing up the system, but i highly doubt that is the problem because it doesn't check for eligibility...Anybody know a way to get around this and order? because honestly if this is not fixed soon, i wont be buying a nexus one I definitely do not have 560 dollars!
Also i am planning on getting a new contract, cancelling the same day and just taking googles ETF = around 350 dollars instead of 560.

What type of order? With a new t mobile contract? because that is what i am trying to do, i tested it about 3 months ago with the same info entered and it worked, 218 dollars i do believe it came to but now i cant even see a total!

Can anyone even "pretend" order the nexus on a new t mobile service and get past the first form screen? to see the checking eligibility screen? I cannot, i just get an oops screen.

Yes, unless you cancel that "strict" plan they assign you too Yeah the ETF is a bit but ultimatley MUCH less than the actual contract would cost and still even less than the unlocked price is!

I filled out all the paperwork and sent it in. The form said 6-8 weeks, then I got a text saying 10 - 12 weeks. I wish I could float some of my payments that long. ;(
I was also wondering if anyone has gotten any trouble for not having the data plan. I signed up for the MediaMax, but the rebate said something about the PDA plan. What's the difference? Just more money and more texts? I never text. It's worthless to me.
I am hoping they don't give me a hard time, especially since I they did not say anything about this requirement when I purchased the phone, and when I wnet to sign up for it later using the online system, I got an error.
Then I tried calling to get it set up, and the CS rep was a nit wit and I wound up having to go before she could figure out what I was talking about. I think they are trying to give the cable companies a run for their money as the worst possible customer service.
I just got a text today saying that they sent out my rebate and that I should it expect it in less than 3 weeks.
When you guys sent in the rebates were you using a PDA Net plan or a Media Net plan?
I just checked online. Mine was mailed out yesterday. I was a little disappointed that it comes as a debit card, and not a real check.

MediaNet. I tried to change it online the day I sent it out (which was the last day for the rebate period) and got an error, then had to ditch my CS call as mentioned above after being on hold for 12 minutes, and it took the rep another 10 to find my account...
If they give me flack, I will point this out.

Uh, you don't have to have it postmarked until the 3rd of December. The purchase date limit was the 3rd of this month.
Sprint tells me I can not add another line until October 1 because of a late pay awhile back. I want to add the line at BB to avoid dealing with a rebate. Is there any workaround? Do you guys have any pull? Let me know, thanks. I am paying more for my daughter to be on Cricket and its (They are) pissing me off.

last week I had the infamous spending limit cap of $150 per line, I have 3 lines.
One of the lines is used in a rural area and I called to see if they could do anything to help make sense of me keeping the line. They of course offered me a free airave, which is considered a "line" on the account. The CS actually got ahold of the credit department and had them remove my spending limit! I was kinda shocked.. I haven't tried to add any more lines but I suspect I could.
Might be a step towards adding your daughter to your plan, if you have a line in an area that gets bad reception (this can happen inside buildings even in the middle of good coverage areas )

Completely depends on your payment history, and if credit already declined youre SOL... BB has no pull, nobody has any pull besides the credit department. How long have you been with Sprint? If it's been more than 18 months than 1 late payment would not stop you - you have more on your history than youre saying

Yeah, I've been with Sprint for a while, I've been late on a few payments in the last year. I actually tried to add a line about 2 months ago and they re-ran my credit and told me no..
Granted if I was a fresh new customer or one with less than 6 months of good payment history then yeah they probably wouldn't have made the exception for me. Just offering my experience and thought it might be worth a shot.

No, I have been with them for 2 years this october. The disconnect was in january (christmas). Only one more month, just bothers me that I pay 40 with cricket for her and its only 20 with sprint and you get more.

So, I logged into my account to check on the HD7 pricing and it's there now. It shows 499 with a 50 dollar discount, bringing it to 449. I almost pulled the trigger, but I wanted to call and see if they could do something on the price. So, I did. And apparently, they don't have the listing in their system yet!?? Although, she did say she'd try and help out on reducing the price and would call me on Monday (the release day) to get it sorted out. My concern is on release day, I'm sure it's going to back ordered. Anyone else have any experiences to share?
Yes,I was able to order mine on Tmobile yesterday and got the email confirmation too with the estimated delivery date of 11/04( really hope so) and got a text message today that its being processed and will soon get a tracking number when it ships.

Maybe I should've just done it today then. I checked all day yesterday (so I thought) and didn't see it on there until around 0650 cst this morning. Now it's not on the site period. Maybe a few calls like mine and they realized they messed up. But, definitely let us know if they get it to you by the 4th. Or at least if I was you, I would call and complain if it didn't get there, no matter if they made a mistake or not.
I just logged into my T-Mobile account and looked up for HD7 upgrade. I am getting a price of $499. I am on Even more plus plan. So thats fair.
As far as the estimated shipping date is concerned, its showing up as 11/9. So I did not move any forward. I might as well pick it up on the 8th in the stores.

I came to the same conclusion.. I'd like to pick up the phone at the store.. and play with it a bit.. I'm still torn between this phone and the venue pro..

I'm pretty sure I'm going to buy it anyways and just keep my HD2 just in case I end up not liking it. Worst case scenario is you buy it, unlock it and sell it overseas for a profit anyways.

Nope, it shows just fine. Although, the phone isn't listed now. It did the same thing yesterday. It's there all day and then at night, it's gone. I'm still trying to hold out on just dropping the 450..500 after tax on it and see what Tmobile will try to shave off it for me at launch. But, trust me, I've just about put my card info in twice. And had it showed it be delivered before the 8th, or even on the 8th. I would've probably done it.
So I own my phone, no contract and I use TMO US service. If i go to the web site and sign in it wont let me buy the phone!...I mean how stupid is that..because I dont have a contract and I own my phone?...Every time I try to buy it it say Im not eligible for an upgrade even though Im not asking for an upgrade. Very frustrating, and bad business.

Oddly enough, now it hasn't been up on the site all day. Here's something else to look for. If you just do a search for "hd 7" on the Tmobile site. The Samsung Galaxy Tab comes up with the HD7. It shows the button for upgrade, but you can't buy either one right now. But, it's an indication of it coming.

Sounds about like them. And come to see, they make many revealing mistakes. Like now if you search for the HD7 on the Tmobile website. It will pull that and a listing for the Samsung Galaxy Tab (no price though). You can hit upgrade, but unfortunately it won't take you to the order page like the HD7 did. Well, at least you'll actually get it on the 8th instead of it being shipped on the 8th.

Yeah, that is definitely terrible on their part. Who cares if you're on contract or not. It's a NO contract price that you're paying. I would definitely complain when you order it on Monday and at least get them to take off 50 bucks or something for the inconvenience. I mean you do pay for service every month just like everyone else.
I was able to get the order on 11/01 also. I talked to tmobile and they said that it was a glitch in the system. they said if you receive the wrong phone you can send it back. My card was charged $379 I even got a text message stating that it was being processed. so hopefully I get the phone on the 8th

went to go see the status of my order and it now says we are unable to retrieve the status of your order. Hope the phone is still being processed and hope my card is not charged if they removed my order. anyone else have this problem if you ordered it on 11/01?

Anyone know how much fees associated with this? I still have my note 3 which was fully paid for.
Or, if there was a way to get outta any huge cancelation fees. I read the terms an it's was upwards of $200 +/- to end things on the payment plan early. But with it being so close, I was hoping NOT to have those.
Any suggestions?

you would have to pay the 375 i think for the cancellation fee
plus what ever service you used
and i think if your on the jump they make you pay whats left on the phone
return period is 14 days

You can also pay off your EIP then sell it on swappa. Might lose 100 bucks but it's still better than the cancellation fee.

It's best if you Google image search it, it's basically a note 4 with a curved screen and some extra features. Beautiful device wish I had one but I decided against the extra 100$ that it costs over the note 4.

I gotta say WOW. I changed from Sprint and saved about $100/month on the 5 lines I have (existing stupid contract agreements really made a mess when all the carriers came out with the "4 lines for 100 bucks" stuff). They wouldn't give me the same deal that a new customer gets even tho I had 15 years with em. In the end, I got away, save $100/month and made over $600 on top of it.
I originally got the Xperia Z3 when I came to T-Mobile. I'll say it's the best phone I had save for one thing I couldn't overlook...the Messaging app SUCKED (No threaded Group SMS, Pic messages with text added didn't send or receive...just a mess). I had bought it online. I sent it back at day 20 and was fine (but 21 days is only for online order).
Best bet will be sell on Swappa. T-Mobile will hit ya hard if you try to return. I'm sure you'll get a restocking fee and get about half the device's value (I think the most they pay our on ANY phone is lie $400). I've sold 3 phones on Swappa and did way better than I would have done on trade-in.
What you COULD try to do is check if the phone was broken if you could use JUMP to pay off the EIP. If they allow it, you'd have to pay the process fee. Not sure if they would go for that though.
Returned my Note 7 to T-Mobile on 9/22 for the new one and checked my account a couple of days later and this. Have since added a new line and no one bother to ask me about it. Anyone else
Mines like -1600 something. Pretty sure it'll get sorted out.

I got a loaner and just replaced my Note and sent the loaner back. The tracking says they recieved the phone back. So yesterday I get a bill for almost 500 bucks. My bill is usually around 250. I went to the Tmobile site and somehow another bill was generated 5 days after my normal bill. The EIP still shows on my account and the new bill shows like I am past due from the bill issued 5 days ago. It also shows like I used 2 of my jumps when I only used 1 to get the Note.
I called tmobile furious and the first thing the rep said is, di you get a loaner phone? He said the Tmobile billing is all screwed up with all the Note 7 customers because everybody is processing it differently. He said to just ignore the second bill and that tmobile is still trying to figure out how to fix everything in the billing system with so many different screw ups from the stores. Supposedly the computer system was never set up for something like this and all the stores and CS reps are having to figure work arounds in the system. That workaround is now charging me 250 bucks extra on my bill and shows I've jumped twice. Good thing I don't plan to Jump again.
Don't be surprised if your bill is all messed up. CS also told me that there was other he could do until Tmobile fixes the problems in the system and not to worry about the second bill.
Be nice if they would leave mine like that but I'm pretty sure they will fix it

Mine was $771.00 and I paid for the phone in full. Called this morning and was told not to worry that they're running a little late with the adjustments. She said mine would be straightened out by the EOM.
Yeap -1507 which is the total of the EIP i have.
They will get it all fix. Im pretty sure its the way they ended the eip

Well mine is actually a negative balance which will make me not even have a bill. Hope they fix it quick or t-mobile won't be on next month's bill list....lol
Yup mine is still -$488, and my bill was due yesterday. Waiting until they get this sorted before I pay it.

My bill this last time was for $184. After them finding my last S7E that I sent back after receiving my first Note 7 via jump the bill went down to $29. I kept checking back cause I knew something wasn't right. I could see my bill for $184 but every time I would go to pay it, my balance would show as $29. Being that I was at the end of my cycle I paid and just kept checking back and my balance is still at $0.

You do know if you have a "-" in front of the number that it is a credit to your bill.
So what most in this thread are saying is we were credited for the full price of the old phones.
I just pay my bill as normal i know how much i owe them. Also they already applied a $30 for each phone i got. And i heard i will get $25 more

Just checked mine today and it's $23 and change - back to normal.
