Why would he? Sharing a wallpaper in the public is dangerous buisness. Others could actually save a copy of it and make nuclear weapons!
Not sure if this is even possible, but I thought the Kanye West video for Power would look awesome as a live wallpaper!
I'm sure some genius out there can figure it out.

with the new app that was released to create LWPs, i was hoping someone could develop this? i tried it, but it just didnt come out right for me..... ill gladly donate if someone were to bring this to fruition.

I don't think the thread violates any XDA rules.If the moderators feel the thread should be deleted, they are free to do so.
I mean no offense whatsoever,but the thread aims towards compilation of wallpapers by different forum members and is not necessarily the only source.

Anyone know where this app saves the wallpapers though? I'd love to be able to transfer them via ES file explorer or something onto my PC.
