Theme help.

Can some one tell me it point me intge right direction on how to overlay widgets? I found one post with screen shots but it didn't make sense.
Also how is everybody extending the line on the sim clock widget? I think that what its called.

overlay widgets ? got an example image ?
as for simiclock launcher pro lets you resize widgets when you resize simiclock only the line extends that is how it is extended

HTC Clock?

Hi. Is there an apk file for the HTC clock widget? I'm about to switch to the cm ROM and I want the HTC clock widget. I prefer the flip clock(doesn't flip on aria though) with the weather. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance.

I don't know about a "flipping" one but Factory Widgets makes one very similar to the HTC clock. If you search for it in the market using the maker it is impossible to miss.

Yes, you will have to load a 3rd party widget because the HTC clock widget is dependent upon HTC Sense which CM 6/7 does not support.

I think the factory widget designs, even those aped from HTC, look horrible. I personally recommend fancy widgets and to a much lesser extent beautiful Widgets if you're looking for well made clock weather widgets.

Fancy widget definitely. I have an older version and its identical to the sense clock.

Fancy widget is one of the few apps I actually paid for. +1 for Fancy widget.

Fancy Widgets is great but I like the beautiful Widgets because you can choose many styles of the HTC clock to change it up a bit and rock your style.

Resize icons help

Does anyone know of a way to resize icons on the home screen? Not the widgets but the icons. Something free would be great. And not Desktop Visualizer, the free version only let's you resize widgets,
not what I want. Thanks in advance.

Update: figured it out

Resize the icons using Photoshop or GIMP.
Example:
My icons are 120x120 pixels but I want them to be 40x40
- CTRL + ALT + I using Photoshop - Save. Copy to SDCard
- Use 1x1 using Desktop Visualizer.
Other than that I'm not sure. I'm drunk though, but saw this thread and felt it needed an answer LOLOL!
I might have got the question wrong though, haha.

Well I'm drunk too and that seems like it makes sense.

Calendar app with a 5 x 5 widget

Anyone know a great calendar app with a 5 x 5 widget that is not s-planner? My phone is rooted so i will be fine with any gimmicks or workarounds to scale other great widgets to 5 x 5. Thanks for the help in advance

I use Pure Grid calendar widget. It has a nice 5x5 widget, is skinnable, and syncs nicely with the calendar in s-planner and Google calendar. It cost a little bit, but is worth it:

Jorte calender does it (from 1by1through to 5by5. and everything in-between)
only one complaint > agenda view doesn't list locations
otherwise has met every need I have for a calender

Acalander is Pretty good. Nice dev answers promptly. And its fast. Need a launcher though to get it big. Definately can recommend it as its free

i use aCalendar its free...you can adjust the size if you use go launcher..

Animated weather widget.

Hi guys sorry if this rehashes an age old question but I am struggling to find what I am looking for.
I have both HD widgets and Beutiful widgets but what I am looking for it a weather widget that has animated forcast icons as well as current weather. On my home screen you can see I dont like a big daft clock with the weather I just want smaller icon style forecast and current but thought it would be cool if they are animated to. I have attatched a picture of my current home screen so you can get a better idea of what I want.
