This tool will help you create your own Customized Splash Screens for every (w)vga** devices. Every device is supported. Upon successful creation it will make "Ahen.nb" which you can further convert into a Flashable NBH Rom file.
Instructions are included in the folder.

This is a small app I wrote for personal use but I thought I would share it with the community. Basically It will reboot normally, into recovery or into the hboot. It will also allow you to browse for an apk and install it. This was written in Auto Hotkey and Ill release the source file if any one wants it. See screen shots below.

I wrote a tool aalso called Android Utility was looking for it when yours came up.
I created this based off of elilab's loading screens found HERE intending to use it in my next ROM update, but couldn't wait to post it for y'all,
Just copy with root file explorer to system media overwriting what is there, and set permissions to rw-r--r--r, and enjoy.

2) Plug your device in bootloader mode [ TriColor Screen]
3) Run Custom RUU
4) Follow instructions!
