Okay so when I put a live wallpaper for my wallpaper it works but when I want a picture from the gallery or another wallpaper it only stays on a green grass wallpaper but when I reboot the phone it goes to the wallpaper that I chosen before I rebooted the phone does anybody have this same problem ???
I'm using the nightly Rom and I still have this problem
Yes I'm having this same problem too and have not found a fix for it yet
Sent from my Nexus One using XDA App
It's a bug in CM6.
Can't be fixed by end user.
Can be worked around... reset a different static wallpaper and it should stick.
^^^
How to do that ?
Select Live Wallpaper
Go to home screen
Select static wallpaper you DO NOT want
Go to home screen
Select static wallpaper you DO want
Go to home screen
Should be okay without a reboot....
^^
didnt work
select live wallpaper --> select unwanted wallpaper --> select the wanted wallpaper
still green grass

How can I change the background picture using the TOUCHFLO3D ? I´ve changed the background picture but it only apears if I disable the TOUYCHFLO 3d.
Navigate in your TouchFlo3D to "Settings" and then press backround, if that's what you mean
mmm touchflow settings i cant seam to find background

TouchFlo3D to "Settings" where all the connection Data etc.. and then press Wallpaper...
Navigate to Settings on Tf3d from home click wallpaper, it will then ask you do you want to change to default wallpaper hit yes if you want to use the wallpaper associated with your theme or no if you want to pick another wallpaper. It will then bring up a explorer type window defaulted to your pictures folder in my documents. Navigate to where you wallpaper is and select it. It will only be displayed on your Home screen unless you have installed the Wallpaper in all screens here Warning it doesn't work on all Roms.
Hope that helps.

When you long press on an open space on one of your home screens you should get a popup window that has Live Wallpapers as an option. Select that choice and then you should get a list of live wallpapers that displays after that. Select MultiPicture Live Wallpaper from that list and then a Settings window should pop up that let's you create multiple pages and set a specific wallpaper for each page you create.
There are a lot of tutorials you can check out for some help and ideas.

I have the galaxy tab 7 and made an image the wallpaper for the lockscreen but didnt really like it yet i cant figure out how to change the lock screen to the way it was? No wallpaper just the side swiping buttons.
Aww somebody has to know, right?
I don't know the answer to your question. But i can offer a work around.
If all you want is a dark blank screen. . . . .
Then take a picture in the dark with no flash.
Save it to your gallery, then use that picture for your new lockscreen.
Good luck. . Jh
Thanks but no im trying to go back to the transparent lockscreen.
Now when you say 'transparent ' you mean "nothing" ?
As in your home screen wallpaper with the 'lock' slides?
If so. . .
Goto home screen
menu
settings
display
Wallpapers
lockscreen
choose 'none'
Hope this helps.
Good luck. . . Jh
Hmm i dont have a wallpaper option in the display menu. Even when I go to choose a wallpaper there's just simply no option for "none"
Is there any way for me to set my own wallpaper for my homescreen and lockscreen without using ICS's crappy cropping tool?
I know there's an app for your homescreen, but when it comes to lockscreen I can only go into the Themes app and set it from there. Even then, it is majorly zoomed in and blurry.
If it still like GB MIUI, go to lockscreen wallpaper in themes app and hit menu button, choose from gallery and there bam!

OK, now it won't even show a crop tool. It just automatically does whatever it wants for the lockscreen wallpaper. When I try to change my homescreen wallpaper through this method it still uses ICS cropping.
Try the free app QuickPic- when you go to set your wallpaper, it should come up as an option alongside Gallery or whatever. It has its own cropping tool and recognizes your setting for wallpaper, i.e. non-scrolling (fixed) or scrolling (scaled across homescreens) and allows you to crop accordingly.
edit: I am on an AOKP-based ROM and the lockscreen option lets you choose which cropping tool to use- not sure if your ROM will allow this...
I seem to have an issue with my lockscreen wallpaper on my Huawei P20 Pro. No matter what I do it keeps reverting to stock within a few hours... And yes I have looked in themes and display settings and random wallpaper change is switched off.

I have try to delete stock wallpapers and seems to work for now but I need more time to check... You can check your own. First of all check that you have not select any stock Huawei wallpaper
Then go to lockscreen and see the first wallpaper.. scroll your finger from bottom, up to see shortcuts and scrolling photos press the "circle with the X button to delete it... Continue this until you delete all unwanted stock wallpapers. I hope that this will do the job.
1. Deselect all covers in the lockscreen settings
2. Select your picture in a gallery app, set as wallpaper, choose lockscreen only. Done

i did this , and it doesnt. omg.
delete all photos from the magazine unlock folder in the huawei folder - then check you have updates turned off for the magainze, etc - you can also pause the screens by swiping up when locked to get the mini bar for torch, calculator, etc - just press the pause button
mine has never updated since i done all this and can change lockscreeen or desktop picture when ever i want
I have the same problem except I can never display my images as covers in the locks reen. All other covers are unchecked and can't be deleted. I have read somewhere that you should deactivate and reactivate locks reen pw but it doesn't help for me.
I am not having this problem. Strange behaviour for some phones it seems.

well... yesterday somehow it started to work, after testing other themes, I reverted to the magazine lock screen and it worked... until this morning when stock started to show again... the only thing I did was to add the face recognition...
so there is smth not working correctly here... any one knows if there is a place where to report bugs at Huawei ? or is it useless to try ?
