Wi-Fi Error Message - Nexus One Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I cannot access Wi-Fi. I have tried turning off and on again. I have pulled the battery. This has happened before and pulling the battery and rebooting remedied the situation. But this has gone on now for two days. When I scan, nothing shows up in availableWi-Fi networks, and I get an error message. This is so frustrating.

Data Connect / Disconnect - repeat over and over

For some reason, starting this morning (have had tilt for couple months) the data is disconnecting and reconnecting all day.
It generally just stays connected all day. I think this is sucking battery life down.
Tilt flashed with HTC ROM
Any ideas ?
Thanks !
UPDATE : it's doing it every 30 seconds, by my count.
UPDATE #2 : it was emoze doing it, turned off "auto fix connection" and it's back to normal. not sure how that got turned on.

[Q] Data Disconnect & Can't Reconnect Issue

Hey Guys,
Got my brand new GS5 on Tuesday this week but I've run into a pretty major data connection issue and I'm unable to identify a root cause for it.
Essentially, when I leave my phone on overnight I wake up with no data connection. The wifi is disconnected, and even though my phone shows it is picking up the network, I can't load any sites or do anything using LTE. Additionally, the wifi isn't only disconnected, the wifi function is literally turned off. When I try to toggle wifi back on, the toggle goes a light shade of green, like it's stuck trying to turn back on, and never turns on.
Eventually I have to restart my phone and it works just fine again. This has happened on 2 of 3 mornings since I've purchased the phone and only seems to happen after extended down time for the phone. I'm thinking of exchanging the phone (this would be my 3rd GS5 as the first one didn't recognize any headphones.)
Any ideas? Anyone else seen this?
Thanks!

[Q] My Phone is stuck on a Bootloop and I can't Reset it.

I own a Moto G 2nd generation running stock lollipop, no modifications, and a couple days ago the battery drained completely kind of quickly (it even turned off when it had 5% left). when i charged it again, it turned on but it charged only up to 1%. i left there for hours and it didn't charge more than it, when i took off the charger it turned on almost imediately so it wasn't a display bug, it really had 1% left. i tried changing chargers and cables but no luck. also when it turned on it displayed the CQATest app which is a Motorola diagnostics app that isn't supposed to show to the end user and it didn't get mobile signal (I didn't have wifi and i didn't check if it was still working). i left it a couple hours turned off to see if the battery drained completely but it didn't fix. after it I left charging the whole night and by the morning it was on the same situation.
When i switched airplane mode on and off, it got mobile signal, but still it had 1% battery and the CQATest app. after it, I took a shower and when i came back the screen was turned on, but completely black. when i turned off and on it remained the same. when i took off the carger it turned off suddenly, and when I put it on again the cellphone turned on imediately even if i didn't press any button. I turned on and off several times throughout the day and only once it turned on, but when it did it kept displaying messages like "the process com.android.whatever has stopped" several times per second, sometimes variating the process. when i turned off and on it went back to the black screen.
So i was willing to factory reset it, and i could access the fastboot menu, but since it only had 0 or 1% battery i couldn't activate recovery mode to do the wipe and reset. On the motorola support for the first generation it says that you can press the power button for 2 minutes to reset, but when i tried it, it kept turning on, then off then on again several times and it didn't reset. i had the debugging mode activated but my computer doesn't even recognize the device so i guess i couldn't try adb. what else can i do?
TL;DR my phone is stuck on a bootloop with 1% battery and can't use adb or recovery mode. how can i reset it?

i537 on OC6 (Lollipop): Keeps forgetting Wi-Fi passwords!

Anyone else having a problem with Wi-Fi remembering passwords after turning Wi-Fi OFF and then back ON? I looked at my /data/misc/wifi/wpa_supplicant.conf file, and it keeps resetting itself (blanking out) when Wi-Fi is turned back on.
I have to re-enter my wi-fi passwords every time I turn it off and back on... needless to say, it's annoying as hell.
any ideas?
I have that too but also: restarting phone/wifi takes 4-5 minutes before is on. So if turn wifi off by accident and turn it on, it takes 4-5 minutes to come back on again. Salem when I change batteries and start the phone again. You ha be that too?

an error has occurred in my cousin's phone

hi, today my cousin has complained to me about the error that occurred, his phone noticed that it was connected to the USB and it got so hot, but he didn't connect it to any USB device at that time, he tried to turn on the safe mode, restart the phone. Not only wasn't it fixed. but also did the battery still drain too fast. He can't go to the samsung customer or reset factory. Can anyone help us ? (this is my first post, so something might not be clear)
