I tried number22's Gallery3D fix for Desire on my SGS. It works, here you can see the difference: ht*p://img90.imageshack.us/gal.php?g=snap20100828184008.png but it crashes at start(but remains running), and the MT isn't working properly, so I want to "downgrade" back.

It allows you to view graphics file in hires. Normal sgs gallery app only views graphics in low res for quicker access. Samset 1.9f has the fix in its rom if you are interested

can some one find a fix for jpo browser ? still the browser is much lags much when flash is on so some one do have a fix for it ? other roms like jp6 has a fix but anyone has the fix for this
The only "fix" that i did was installing Opera mini as the default browser.At least is faster and its free.Just saw the omnia 7 windows mobile phone surfing the net with amazing speed.Just dont understand why on android its so awfull
Because there is no flash right now on winphone7.
Its because wp7 has a crippled browser that does not support everything the stock webkit browser can do. Read all the reviews on wp7 and you'll see them all dislike it. Also can't you use the libwebkit.so file from galaxy tablet fix.

It didn't work on old JPA, probably wont work now too.
The only "fix" is to switch off flash. And switch it on only when you need it.

Hi, not 100% sure, but open Internet >More>Settings>Enable plug-ins and switch from "Always" to "On demand" or "Off"
Speaking of JPO problems:
- my browser wont work at all. Gmail is ok, Market as well and when I start typing in the browser I see the suggestions, but it doesn't load anything.
Any ideas?

Hi there. I just updatede my speedmod kernel from k12t to k12u. And after that apps like barcode scanner and goolge goggles doesnt work. But my camera første... any solutions?

Same here, but I experienced this with former kernel too.
Switching back to other kernel didn't fix it.
So I don't think that this belong to the kernel itself.
I switched a lot forward and backward, like cam FW or cam- and barcodescanner-apps, SGS Tools with cam hack and so on but still no clue.
I'm now on Doc's ROM without any failure before JS3.
So, now the cam is working for taking pictures but as soon as I switch to video it FCs. Same with all scanner apps.
EDIT: switched several times between 12t und 12u and between that to hacked cam app (SGS Tools) ... and just right now its working again. so, absolutely no clue but waiting for next impact.

I formely switch to the new email.apk from Galaxy Tab and I can enforce same issue again and again when using the new email.apk.
it doesn't occur with old 2.2.1 email.apk.
Someone need to teach Google and Samsung the idea of "Modular".

Pst... let me tell you a secret... I did this 9 times.
To be honest: there was a slight feeling that it could be the email.apk because I switched that many times too - but I tought that it is too idiotic to talk about.
So, your request helped me too because before I wasn't searching seriously.

Hmm, I was trying to change the conversation.apk (it's a sms app) in Gingerbread to this from Froyo but it's not so easy as I thought I was trying to paste it to system/app and change permissions but it don't want to work with the 2.3.4. Maybe you have any idea how to do this

Not sure if it's going to work straight from the box on the blurred phone... but you can always try Cyanogenmod7 on MM2 ;-) (see development section).

In CM7 we can use this froyo app messaging?
The are a few issues with trying to use the Blur apps in non-blur roms. I used to like the Blur clock (for the dock) and tried to get it into CM7, but gave up instead and just used the default app.
For SMS, have a play with goSMS, its pretty similar to the blur one (they have a few skins which are similar, I changed my up and skinned it differently anyway)
I get a bit confused here. I just can't just instal Froyo messaging apk to have the ballon like visualisation? Just using specific apps?
Go message doesn't work to me, when message have 160+ characters when I send te people who receves get symbols like "! & %" and can't read.

Since the the X8 and the X10 are not very far off I thought I would try but none of that worked, does anyone have a clue of how to display MY image/avatar in messages, I did all the steps that I could from that post and nothing.

Just save your own number to your contacts then add a picture to it then your picture will show up in conversions

No buddy I did that just like that post said to and no good.
So I've added my own number to the contacts.
I checked other options and still nowhere to be found.
what else can possible be a solution? any other thoughts, anyone?
EDIT: Nevermind people thanks for the help, didn't realize that a lot of changes can be done after you restart your phone. got my image in the avatar working great. just having my own number in the contacts helped.
Try go sms pro sir. It is much better than stock sms. I even remove the stock from my phone.

Not a bad point, how can I remove the stock I already have Handcent on mine and its way cooler with lots of mods, but it keeps interfering with my stock when i receive i have to be checking on both to remove notifications.
I would also like to remove, MAPS, Market, Gmail (Things that I can't use since I'm outside of the US and no internet connection unless WI-FI)
This is a sense 3.5 port for HTC Legend from the same dev team who ported MIUI, Lewa and so many other ROMs for HTC Legend. Credit goes to them. This ROM is still not fully functional and yes there are some bugs and Chinese parts.
Everything works except for WiFi and Bluetooth. Interface is super smooth and fast. Hope Devs from our forum can fix the bugs and make this fully functional. Give it a try if you are a sense lover. Hit the thanks button if i helped

This ROM has some features of sense 4. But have to wait and see
rom sucks because it has been stripped of most of the htc sense like gallery browser certain widgets its like useing cm7 with a special theme
Its way to smooth... awesome work team..
all we want is that WiFi n Bluetooth working. Its like a dream come true for my legend...

Really Nice Rom!!! Smooth and everything, have not had any random Fc's of any app or from another task. What I really miss is the wifi since right now I dont have a data plan, but let us hope it gets fix soon. Thanks to the developers on this.

This is my second day of using this fabulous ROM. I have observed below issues apart from WiFi and Bluetooth problem which has already been reported :
1. Play store crashes.
2. Chinese language not fully converted to English on many screens.
3. Calculator app resolution needs correction
4. Sense gallery and browser required
5. Camera app gets stuck when clicked on preview
6. Sense music widget is missing
Hoping for dev team to join their hands to improve this wonderfull ROM.

MARKET FIX !!!!!!!
Play store/market problem can be resolved.
just flash the gapps.sign in using your gmail[if you already done just skip it].install the titanium back up and remove the playstore/market.install the moded version http://www.MegaShare.com/4199830 [you can use the normal version too ]
after that wipe data and convert the playstore/market to system app.
for me its working ,check it and tell me its working or not....
One more issue is that music player glitches while playing music and unlocking the device or opening other apps.

Hi,
I'm interested in fixing the wifi for this but logcat does not work, which makes it hard for me to find what the problem is. In my research I've found that the dev needs to enable debug or logging in the kernel for logcat to work, so I was just wondering if you were able to do this.
EDIT: Swapped the boot.img for ogo2's. Enables logcat but brings with it more problems Won't stop bootlooping.

in the boot.img with ramdisk maybe no adb to support。it can add in
but we also have the wifi modules and the kenerl for sense 3.5。 may be have the libhardware_legacy.so to 。 I have this files 。 if you want ，you can Gmail me 。I sent to you [email protected]
