So last night I charged my N1 up to 100% before I went to bed. And this morning, i woke up to my N1 not being able to unlock the screen, so I had to pull out the battery. When I started it up again it said that I only had 20% of battery life left.
Anyone know whats going on?
Thanks.

Hi guys,
I have attached a screenshot of a juice plot of my battery. I turned on flight mode last night and as shown for ~1.5h everything is fine and dandy but then the battery is being drained. I am at a loss regarding what might be going on there and have no clue on how to debug this. There were no apps running and I did not use the phone until the morning (turned flight mode off again).
Does anybody have an idea?
Thanks and greetings
N.
hum... I maybe seeing the same issue, the past few days my battery overnight is being drained by about 20% when in flight mode, normally it only goes down 5%~.
could it be related to the time change? only thing that I can think of that has changed in the past few days.
My battery power is a bit inconsistent and it has its good days and bad days. I am currently using the Hong Kong battery in my phone and have been making calls, using the internet and listening to music for a couple of hours while at work. The phone has been on for 22 hours and 20 minutes and the battery is reading 69% yet the other night I went to bed with the battery at about 70% and when I woke up in the morning the phone was totally dead!
Hey guys,
Did a search and didn't really find an answer.
I've been closely monitoring my battery stats lately as I was experiencing a lack of sleep and SOD which I seemed to narrow down to using Multi-Picture Live Wallpaper. For about the last week or so I changed back to a gallery picture as my background. I haven't had SOD since but yesterday I noticed something kind of weird.
My battery level was 90% when I went to bed at about 11pm. I woke up and checked the NC before breakfast at about 6am and initially it said 82%. Seemed pretty normal. But then I was checking out some stories on Pulse and suddenly the battery said 74%. Seemed pretty weird to just drop 8% in a few seconds. So I plugged it in and by the time I left for work it was back to 80%. Then I got to work and plugged the NC into my computer's USB port and now the battery read 100%!!!
What the hell??? Does anyone know why my battery readings would be all over the place like this?
Yeah, happened to me. I left it charging over night at 44%. When I woke up it was..... 45%! I unplugged it and the battery jacked up to 99%. I was just gonna wait for it to fix itself (a lot of my other problems have) but if another user is having it, it really is an issue. Anyone have a fix?
Might want to try the battery calibration app, your battery stats file could be corrupted.

Have a peculiar problem, The phone drains off faster than usual for last few days. In couple of instances it showed 40% battery and suddenly the phone got switched off. When i switch on it showed 0% battery and again got switched off. When i put on charger it was back to 40%.
Also full charged battery drained to 25% in 5 hours, earlier it used to come atleast a day. Battery also looking a bit fatty in its surface. Any pointers if this is the battery problem or any calibration issues? I use the stock kernel - 2.3.6 and this is there since few months. The problem started only few days back.
This happened to me too and it turned out it's a battery problem.
When I changed my battery, everything went back to normal.
If you know somebody who owns a similar battery, you can test it on your phone.
Hi guys, I've a problem with my one.
Sometimes the battery percentage get stuck on a value for a long time, even if I keep stuff running (that usually drains battery). Tonight happened again in such a strange way..
The phone turned off yesterday evening at 0%, so I plugged in, turned on the phone, used another bit and than setted in plane mode so I went to sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night and noticed the green light so i took the opportunity to pull the plug (to avoid overcharge). This morning i notice battery percentage at 77% and battery stats with no app activity with cronology time on 32mins (I pulled the plug 4/5 hours before). Now I'm using the phone from more then an hour and it's still at 77%.
Is this an hardware or a software problem? I have stock rom update to lollipop version.
Do you know how can I try to solve this?
Also if i leave the phone unplugged at night it battery drops down 4/5% and in the battery stat i can see "standby 100%" with 100% of the time "without signal".. in the battery cronology wifi bar looks always active
So before I take this bish in for a battery swap is anyone running the CRB1 Feb 9th build update and facing bizarre battery life activity?
Example-
After couple days of random battery % jumps after updating I completely killed the device last night. Charged it all night while device was off, turned it on this morning and unplugged it. Immediately upon disconnect from charger it dropped to 81%.
Had crap to do so ran around a bit. Got back home phone was on 10% so plugged it in. Soon as I plugged it in dropped from 10% to 5% then watched it count down 4% 3% 2% 1% then 0% in the matter of 15 seconds but stayed on and all while plugged in.
Maybe I should just use this as an excuse to buy a note 8 or hold out for the 9 lmao

Well I already read it before, but somehow it helped me once on my note2, I have no idea how it happened even though it wasn't supposed to but it did.. So i figured as you are planning to change the battery anyway why not give it a shot?
