I been look but I couldn't find nothing to get emoji for driod. Does anybody know of a way at all?

i know pdfviewer is installed on my phone. i see it in my apps settings. is there anyway to get back the icon showing in the app drawer so that i may attempt to use. i know its some coding. but im not very good and if anyone who knows and where i can input in terminal emulator. any help would be appreciated. thanks

Isn't there a sound recorder in most roms? I could be completely wrong for what you are looking for...
Also I have Voice Recorder 1.7.12 if that's any help? Got like a Gmail icon with a dictaphone. Not sure if its warez or not though. Sorry not much help

Hi. After many wasted hours of looking I give up. I want the Google quick search box found at the beginning of this video. http://www.xda-developers.com/android/android-launcher-round-up-xda-tv/. Its from the stock nexus launcher, launcher2 but I cannot find it anywhere. Could someone possibly make it or does it exist somewhere else? Does anyone know how to get in touch with the guy from the video? Any help would be awesome thanks.

Not a major problem, but after the update, I have noticed that smileys do not display in messaging as they used to.. now a smiley face is just a " : -)" and not the graphic symbol.
I am presuming that this is due to the introduction of emoji which weren't available before. I have a number of contacts that do have emoji's and thus I presume there is a "translation" problem.
Is there anything that can be done about this?? I have tried a couple of messaging apps but I prefer the stock one if possible.
Anyone else having this issue and can suggest a work around??
