[REQ] Someone to create bootanimation from from splash screen(s)

The files (4 different versions of the splash, one without glow and the rest with different levels of glow, and the .psd if there's need for customizations) are in the zip
What I'd want to see, is the bootanimation to have "pulsing" rooted -text on it
Here's the basic "source" without any glow on the "rooted" text (also included in the zip):

Ok. I have been trying to theme/mod the TW program monitor widget for a few days now. I got as far as the screen shot above. I was able to edit the .png files and now I want to edit the color of the number on the widget as you can see its still green. Also I was able to mod this far without a computer using strictly my fassy. So if your gonna throw some wimdows softwares at me can you please let me know where to locate them. Any help is appreciated I am noobish to all this, Thanks.

How to edit Font Colour?

How to edit the text color in the title bar (the one that says "Settings")
and how do we add a background to the menu (i mean behind the menus)

I'm pretty sure you have to decompile the apk and change what you want then recompile

Yeah, but I don't exactly know what to change, I know the color codes but I don't particularly know where to put those...

How do I get rid of the on and off text on my switches.
What file or value do I change to make the three tabs on top gray.
And last, I've added the images from other apks and their xml to my theme, but the apps still refuse to get themed. I have added mms, latinime, apollo and gallery/camera. But none of them are getting themed.
Any help appreciated. Thank you.

The progress bar slider? Those should be pngs in framework res I believe. May just double check system UI just in case.
