Can someone help me with this weird problem i have...
I'm running ARHD 3.3 on my DHD, with the no-sense script. This has been running fine for the past month, until two days ago for some reason my clock application now shows weird icons (see attachment, the row of icons at the bottom of the screen)
The functions are still working properly so it's just the icons.
Any ideas what I can do to restore the correct icons?

Hi,
Through TF3D i installed a theme a week ago.
I installed a new one yesterday, everything is fine except the background where the clock is (it's still the old one) and i'm not able to change it.
Any idea ?
thx,
I am not able to access the calendar from the home screen. I recently installed a new theme on my Diamond called PaulDeGrotts Outline theme and it was working fine up until 2 days ago. If i go start menu the calendar can be opened, but not from the home screen. I tried a soft reset but i dont want to have to hard reset my phone.
Any Ideas?
Same problem
Hello, had the exact same problem with that theme. I restored the default theme, and now it works like its supposed to again... must be a bug in the theme.
I was just about to make a post with the exact same title. My calendar also stoped working two days ago from the today screen in tf3d. I dont have the PaulDeGrotts theme. I think I screwed it up using SSMaPa trying to get it to open in Month view. I used the restore option in that program but it didnt help. I can also open it in the start menu. I going to see if installing a different calendar will work maybe Thumbcal.
Well I installed Thumbcal and used SSMaPa so that it would open when I hit the calendar link on the home screen in tf3d and nothing happens. I wonder if this also has to do with the Theme I installed which was (DragonFire Theme by Bongsu3) I guess theres only one way to find out.
bump bump bump
Well I removed my icon theme and my calendar works again. But removing that theme also screwed up my clock, no longer a flip, my slider is off center, and I no longer have the same wallpaper on all my tabs. I can't delete (nissedilligaf sprint2flip clock) from my programs or (mun background4allpages v.02) when I try it says they were not completely removed do you want to delete from list I click yes but there still there.
(Later that night)
Ok I reinstalled my DragonFire Theme by Bongsu3 and my calendar works, I reinstalled my flip clock, still works. When I go to install (mun background4allpages v.02) my calendar no longer works from the today screen in TF3D. I'm going to bed.
I updated to Cyanogen 6 RC2 and noticed my task bar reverted back to white. I tried to use my morph to use the desire taskbar but it didnt work (due to metamorph not working for some reason). I then ran a diff black bar which did work with the updated version of metamorph and noticed the date in the taskbar was no longer present.
Is this due to the morph or is this due to cyanogen 6? can someone tell me? Also, is there a way to get it back?
Also i believe i was able to change my lockscreen caption with cyanogen 6 RC1 but i cant seem to find the option in RC2. did some searching and i see some .apk that need to be custom built in order to change it....is this true? or am i some how overlooking the option with cyanogen 6 RC2?
anyone have any light to shed?
Maybe I am missing something
You have changed settings->CyanogenMod settings->User interface settings so that nothing is showing up black right? I had the problem when I first morphed to the black desire bar. And you have to reboot the phone for the changes to take effect. I hope it's that simple.

thanks for the tip, but i did check that and thats not the problem...ive even gone as far as making everysingle color something non black so that way i can see which color represented what portion of the task bar. I think what happened was i flash a diff bar than the desire bar first but used the updated version of metamorph which doesnt work...i think that bar f'd with it to be honest.
Hi,
for some reason my stock Sammy clock does not look right... Ever since loading ICS mine has a black background, the font looks different (fatter) and the day/month/date is displayed at the bottom right instead of the bottom left.
Can anyone post their std clock apk?
Also, the original picture frame widget in HC was much nicer. It used tobe rectangular with a "play" button in the bottom right. Now it is either square or displays multiple images and has a "settings" type gear cog in the bottom right. Is this an irreversible change with ICS or would the old one still work and can anyone post that too?
Cheers.
Arghhhhh!!!! Now I have completely lost the widget! I have it in system/app/ but it doesn't appear in the list of widgets when I try to add it to a screen.
I don't think it it is the correct apk.
Could someone with the official ICS upload theirs?
Here's the stock clock widget that i have. http://db.tt/FAV0kukY
Sent from my GT-P6810 using xda app-developers app
Cheers! At least I have the clock back now, although it still doesn't look the same as previously...

Anyone got any ideas?
I'm also having this problem... the honeycomb clock looks nice, while the ICS one is horrendous. It shows up looking correctly in the widget picker, but its appearance gets ugly as soon as its on the home screen, without any options to tweak it.
Can anyone post a fixed version of this widget? I'd be willing to root my device just to get it back.
Clock Widget
Same problem here, the name of the day does not show there is only number instead.
I tried to swap the clock widget but it wont allow me to do so and I cant delete it either.
Iam new to this android stuff, does the tab need to be rooted and what program is best

I know this is dragging somthing back form the dark ages but does anyone who has(d) this issue know of a way of resolvinf this?
My screen just doesn't look the same anymore at... I used to be able to line up the clock and the weather app (stock) exactly under each other. Not possible anymore, there's a gap between the two.
Or is it just the way ICS is (if you use TW Launcher)?
Hello all,
Here's my question/problem:
After applying a UOT Kitchen file containing only a battery mod, then subsequently restoring from a nandroid back-up because I didn't like the style, the status/notification bar will remain black and not transparent after rebooting the phone.
I do not have my home screen set as the "Blink Feed" but a standard panel, and as such the status bar should be transparent (which I am quite fond of). However, since applying the battery mod and restoring from a nandroid backup, when rebooting the phone and first going through the lock-screen, the status bar will remain black. I can "fix" this problem simply by pressing the power button, locking the phone, then going through the lock-screen again, and now the bar will be transparent. But another problem presents itself after that, when opening any application that changes the status bar from transparent to black, then going back to the home-screen, there will be a one second delay between the status bar changing its transparency, I don't remember this happening before I applied the battery mod etc.. Also, when going through the lock-screen (after the initial boot/first lock-screen) the status bar will change from being transparent, then going black for about one second, then becoming transparent again.
Though this isn't a major problem, it's not something I can live with.
I have tried fully wiping my phone, removing all system data and then just applying a custom ROM. This didn't help.
I have also tried replacing the "framework-res.apk" & "SystemUI.apk" files with the originals from a back up (before the battery mod was applied). Again, did not work.
If anyone has had a similar problem or knows a solution, please help me!
Thanks in advance.
Oh, and here's my phones details:
Stock ROM + Root.
TeamSeven Kernel - Performance Edition - v4. (the kernel was applied before this problem occurred, so I don't believe this is the source of my trouble.)
UPDATE: After hours of searching and attempting several "solutions" I decided to flash a different kernel, so now I'm running the ElementalX 1.0 kernel and the problem has been fixed. I believe it was an issue with the Aroma installer rather than teaMSeven's kernel. Anyway, all's well that ends well, I suppose...
