Hello, I just got a Cricket Motorola Droid, how can I flash it back to Verizon? Do I do it using an .sbf or can I do it using ROM Manager? Thank you in advance.

Friend of mine isn't much of a thinker... Anyway, he wanted Froyo, and for whatever reason that flashing his GSM Milestone with Verizon Droid software would work. For obvious reasons, it does not.
Is there any way to rescue his phone? It turns on, and it works, but odd things like the phone speaker won't work, etc. Just don't know if this has happened to anyone else and they could offer some advice.
Thank you.
Flash Froyo sbf for milestone using rsdlite from the link below.

Will give this a shot. Thank you.
I have rooted my Bionic and want to backup my current ROM - I first have to Flash ClockwordMod Recovery in order to do so, however it asks me to confirm my phone model on a list that has no Bionic. The list has:
Motorola Defy
Motorola Milestone
Motorola Droid X
Droid X (2nd-int)
Motorola Droid 2
Motorola Atrix 4G
Now the Motorola Atrix 4G would seem the best pick out of the list, but is that what we're going with? Is this selection crucial to the Flash?
I'll hold off until I get an answer. Thanks!

There is no CWM for the Bionic yet. All you can do is wait.
Thank you! ...waiting...

Why 5.5. and not 5.6.xxx?
5.6.890 offers the same root-ablility.. just SBF back to 5.6.890.

if you ran it (albeit a while ago on gb) on t-mo before, wouldn't the same steps hold to flash it to t-mo now?
I did try the same procedure as I did b4 for GB but it does not work on JB.
Has anyone able run Bionic with JB on TMobile network?
T-Mobile runs on a GSM network. The Bionic is a CDMA phone. So it is unlikely that the Bionic will work on the T-Mobile network unless it has a hidden GSM radio. From what I can tell GB was needed to enable the GSM radio.

You need cdma software to unlock your radio to work with gsm. Also your phone has to be rooted.
