I just bought my GTab and it is freezing at the GTab boot screen right out of the box. It just sits there with that screen. I did try to start it up before fully charging it. It froze then as well. I then took it home and fully charged it, and is still freezing. Any ideas?

Howdy,
So I flashed my phone to cm4.2 last weekend and everything has been quite dandy. But I now I have a problem, and I kind of doubt its from the cmod because that was a week ago and this problem happened yesterday...
Yesterday I was talking on the phone until the battery died. Then I rushed to my charger and plugged it in. I tried to turn it back on but it would not. It goes to the G1 screen then to the CM boot animation screen then the screen turns BLACK! IT will not stop doing this. I have to keep pulling out the battery. Last night I even pulled out the SIM and battery for a few minutes. Then put them back and tried again. Same result. I charged it fully last night (while off) thinking that might help. This morning after the LED light was green I tried again to reboot the phone.. Also sometimes the phone will do this reboot sequence after I plug the charger in, but it still goes to the blank/black screen... awww..
I am really hoping I do not have to wipe the phone and start over again with my apps and stuff because I have not really found a great free backuper and have not backed up within the last few days. I can use home+end call button to get to the bootloader (right name?) screen. However I am REALLY hoping I do not have to wipe.
Any solutions? I tried searching but could not find an answer..
THANKS!! This is basically terrible timing too because I leave on vacation tomorrow morning and will be needing my phone.
I opened kindle fire hd and replaced battery. Kindle was working fine but the old battery would not stay charged for more than an two hours unless plugged in, so I replaced battery. Kindle Fire powered on and new battery stayed charged all day but is stuck at the orange arrow swipe screen. I have done the hard boot by holding power button for 20 seconds and it reboots but still touch screen is unresponsive and also tried with it connected to laptop, no luck.

Is it possible that you unplugged or damaged the touchscreen controller?

I think i know what's going on here, In any KFHD if you charge the device using a wall charger with current output less than 1800mA The touch screen becomes unresponsive while charging, I think that's because the device rely completely on external power source instead of the battery during charging and if this power source is not enough the touch screen doesn't work, I think the battery you put in the KFHD has a lower current output than the original, Try replacing it. Also can you please take a picture of both batteries, make sure the text on the batteries is clear?
Thanks

I am having a similar problem. I had the same problem with the battery not holding a charge, so I bought a new battery. Now the new battery does not power the screen. If I want it bright enough to see, I need to have it plugged in. It started out flickering for a few seconds before becoming clear. After 4-5 days, the flickering doesn't go away.. I'm pretty sure I used the correct charger.
I've had my Gear Live for about 3 weeks. All of a sudden today I noticed that the watch was getting hot. I looked at it and it was stuck on the boot screen (the one that says "Samsung Gear Live"). It just sat like that for a few minutes, getting hotter and hotter, and then it would shut down. If I press the power button it will do the same thing. I've tried charging it up (in case the battery was low, even though it was only off of the charger for about half the day), but it's still doing the same thing.
Anyone else experience this? Anything I can do to get to to boot up again?
Edit: I just found out how to reboot into the bootloader, but when I try to reboot into recovery it hangs for a few seconds, goes dark, flashes the boot logo for a split second, and then apparently turns off.

I'm definitely no professional at this, and I'm just taking a wild guess. If you have it on constantly, I'd just let the battery run out and keep it off for about two days or so.
Hi,
so I charged my Note (running some cm10 stable release) over night, using my ipad charger (5.2V, 2.4A) as I sometimes do, and the next morning the phone was stuck at the unlock pattern screen but didn't react to any inputs.
After rebooting the initial n7000 screen and the CM loading animation appeared. The phone never booted, though and reverted back to the n7000 screen and stuck there. Tried to reinsert the battery (also tried with a different one) but the phone only got to the n7000 screen the first 2 times and got stuck there. Now the phone doesn't even do that. Just black screen and no sign of life. Tried removing the SD and also getting into recovery and download mode to no luck.
Any ideas what else I could try?
Thanks!
Hi.
I have a major problem with my HTC One M7. I had been using Tesla OS for quite some time, and decided to upgrade it. All of it seemed to work fine. However, just as I declined a coming call, the screen turned black. I was able to enter hboot/fastboot screen, but when I have tried to turn it on, the OS image just flashes and it turns off again. Same is with the TWRP, a loading screen is visible for a split second, and it just goes black. Everything seems to work fine when I completely discharge it to 0% and charge it back on again. I have done a factory reset and flashed a stock ROM, but the problem persists, after some time the screen just goes black and it is the same all over again (the image of OS/TWRP comes on for a sec and then the screen goes black). The only solution so far is to charge it out (by leaving it on the white hboot screen) and then charge it again, but it is impossible to use the phone like that. Maybe someone has already overcome this problem or has any ideas on how to do it? Any help will be appreciated!
