I have a T-Mobile USA HD7 and windows xp. In the tutorial I read for jailbreaking, it said that I needed the dev software on my computer to dev unlock my phone.
But in order to have the wp7 dev software on my computer I needed a windows 7. My computer can't handle windows 7, I've tried and failed.
So, is there a way to dev unlock my phone without the dev software/windows7?

Any jailbreak method to unlock windows phone for developer apps. Without paying for developer account
You can sign up for a Developer account for free using App Studio. This will allow you to get the SDKs to Dev Unlock your phone. You can then sideload either 3 or 10 xaps. Easiest way.
Hello friends plzzz tell how to unlock Nokia 520 Lumia 1320 .plzzz telll me the full procedure i donot know but to do.Tell me full procedure
All software apps link need for this procedure to unlock phone plzzx
What kind of unlock? SIM or developer?
Sim unlock can be achieved via the operator the phone was bought from.
OS unlock(aka jailbreak) is not possible at the moment.
Developer unlock (for sideloading) just requires the SDK. I'm not going to tell you the "full procedure" of installing the SDK and running the registration tool it contains; if you can't figure that out you proooobably shouldn't be messing with your phone in the first place.\
Sideloading high-privilege apps requires more complex unlocks, which require special MS accounts (OEMs have these) or require hacks. We have such hacks for some of the non-Lumia phones, such as Samsung's Ativ line, but not for the Lumias yet.
For the full procedure, PLEASE READ THE STICKIED FAQ!
So for now there is no possibility to unlock os on 1320? I was thinking about takeing it with my new plan, but I woulkd like to change more things than just color or lockscreen wallpaper
Nothing can be done aside from the standard dev unlock at this point for any Nokia device.
Lumia 1320 unlock
Hi Guys, i hope someone in here can make the sim unlock possible.
I really badly need a rooted device for my work (I'm a mobile developer).
Is this possible to unlock bootloader on a Linux? All applications like DC Unlocker are for Windows. Is there any online generator for Huawei unlock codes? Or some script? Or maybe can I get this code via some support channel?
Sadly, there's no other method than DC Unlocker. If you don't want to install windows go to a friend with Windows or try Wine. It's Windows-compatible runtime environment to run EXEs on Linux.
Hi,

Guest writer Nico again brings us tales of advanced smartphoning on older Lumias, here detailing the hacking needed to be able to side load applications without needing a working on-device Store. Yes, the procedures are incredibly geeky, but then if you're persevering with a Lumia from 2012 in...
