I love the black dialer from phoenix unleashed so i decided to try and port it to GB. The problem i have is the following:
The 4 tabs on top of the screen did not get themed with the images from the port. They are showing up blue. However the contact tab is the right color but the image is broken.
My question is where is the top four tabs changed at. I dont think it is the "dialertabactivity.apk" nor the "phone.apk"
Any help would be appreciated!
They're part of [tw]framework-res.apk.

Hi there I have the same issue with the wall paper resize, as for the bkg for all tabs do a search for showaco AllTabs_BGv2.2a.cab
But you will still have the resizing issue, I ended up going back to the default settings.
I'm seeing a dark frame around my screen, especially on a blue background. Somebody mentioned that there might be a theme applied to this ROM that would create that effect...can anyone confirm or deny? If there's no theme, then my screen is starting to go and I need to get it replaced.
If that's the case...can I un-root it and go back to the original Canadian ROM before I try to take it bac to BestBuy?

Tiamat Moray does not include any theme elements which would result in a dark frame. To find out whether or not this is a physical screen defect or an android settings issue, take a screenshot with one of the many apps from the market and view it on a computer. (or if you are so inclined, use ddms from the android sdk)

Since going to ICS CM9 I noticed that a lot of the OS is white instead of black, particularly the contact list and text message screens which we use a lot. This surely must be draining the battery a lot. Is there a way to change it back to black ie invert it?
Also the 2nd screen which comes up when reading a long SMS message is not present in ICS (the large white font on black background). I miss that. HAs anyone tried getting that back?
I don't want to go back to gingerbread but its looking like I might have to!
Inverted google apps, search for it, or you can get a theme like blue infinitum.

for some reason my stock Sammy clock does not look right... Ever since loading ICS mine has a black background, the font looks different (fatter) and the day/month/date is displayed at the bottom right instead of the bottom left.
Can anyone post their std clock apk?
Also, the original picture frame widget in HC was much nicer. It used tobe rectangular with a "play" button in the bottom right. Now it is either square or displays multiple images and has a "settings" type gear cog in the bottom right. Is this an irreversible change with ICS or would the old one still work and can anyone post that too?

Arghhhhh!!!! Now I have completely lost the widget! I have it in system/app/ but it doesn't appear in the list of widgets when I try to add it to a screen.
I don't think it it is the correct apk.
Could someone with the official ICS upload theirs?

Anyone got any ideas?
I'm also having this problem... the honeycomb clock looks nice, while the ICS one is horrendous. It shows up looking correctly in the widget picker, but its appearance gets ugly as soon as its on the home screen, without any options to tweak it.
Can anyone post a fixed version of this widget? I'd be willing to root my device just to get it back.

Same problem here,the name of the day does not show there is only number instead.
I tried to swap the clock widget but it wont allow me to do so and I cant delete it either.
Iam new to this android stuff, does the tab need to be rooted and what program is best
to change sytem files ?

I know this is dragging somthing back form the dark ages but does anyone who has(d) this issue know of a way of resolvinf this?
My screen just doesn't look the same anymore at... I used to be able to line up the clock and the weather app (stock) exactly under each other. Not possible anymore, there's a gap between the two.
Or is it just the way ICS is (if you use TW Launcher)?
Hello guys, good night ... I'm here today just to make two questions that I have not found answer lol.
I use a ROM based on TouchWiz ... But I think the look very ugly, but I managed to change a lot of it just to change / edit. PNG ... I will send the photos after attached ... Is very similar to AOSP ROM.
But I have two questions that I think you will know answer, or if they could do it for me.
You can see the control on and off and on the top of the window below the notification bar? I want to change the color of it (preferably in black) and switch the control on and off to blue ... Shortly thereafter my ROM will be perfect and I will publish here ... And one more thing, look at the LockScreen. Want that the line is drawn to unlock the screen is thinner ... Thanks guys and XDA.
