just put the PG32IMG.zip on the root of your SD Card and boot into fastboot
follow the instructions on the screen

but i didn't tried it
but u don't need it because if you are having s-on you only can get 2.3.3 by using goldcard method which will flash the radio too

and how about an ota update? the ota does flash the radio either, or does it?
to put it in a nutshell i am going to s-off my phone this afternoon, so i need to know how to flash the newest CustomRom wich actually is the 2.3.3 rom correctly on my incS. so i need to flash this radio first?

doesn't matter what order you flash them in, I did ROM first then radio

s-off -> rom and radio -> finish?! or did i miss something?
(BTW l0st.prophet your rom is already rootet, so if i flashed your rom on my incS i didnt need to flash or install anything else to finish, or do i?)

Best order is:
- S-OFF
- Root via SuperOneClick (psneuter)
- Install RonManager from the market and install clockworkmod
- Boot into recovery and install rom
- Reboot into HBoot and install radio

Iam sorry, but i really cant find the superonclick root by psneuter... Could you be so Kind, to Post the Link. Iam on the go...

i have already update via OTA my incredible s to software number 2.30.707.1 and android version 2.3.3. Now i'll want to s-off and root my incredible, but i cant find tutorial for do that, please help me....thanks

It's all over the forum. If u just do a search "how to s-off" ull find it. Failing that look at the first few posts in development section.

if you can't s-off with the latest rev, then it is more likely you will have to wait until someone finds another way around.... failing that you could wait for htc to release a their own way to unlock the bootloader, but i wouldnt hold my breath.

my bad....i have done made goldcard and when i try Run "ruu_vivo_gingerbread_s_virgin_mobile_au_2.12.981.2 _r_radio_20.2803.30.085au_3805.04.03.12_m_release_ 185029_signed" i have the error report and the proses stopped.

I don't think you can downgrade the rom from version 2.30.707.1 to 2.12.981.2.
Correct me if i'm wrong.

That is correct, you cannot downgrade using a RUU with S-ON.

Sense 3.0
Can anybody help me. I flashed ROM from sense 2.1 to 3.0. S-off my Incredible S, After flashing rebooted my phone but it is freezing at startup screen. Please help me on this. I don't want to loose my phone(((

Which ROM did you flash? Did you follow the complete instructions concerning wiping/system reset before you flashed? If you search the ROM thread, there is probably a post with a script file that will disable the Overclocking/Undervoltage settings that can cause this issue.

Lost with the SPL stuff.

I am wanting to downgrade my SPL so i can install an unlocked ROM on my HD7.
The OSPL is 5.0.2250.1
I have looked at many threads but am just getting so confused.
I have also tried the ansar thread but cant download the file from rapidshare.
Can any body post the right links for me to do the downgrade?
Im not new to Rooting/jailbreaking/unlocking devices But WP7 has me stumped.

if you are looking to flash a Custom ROM... you'll first need to downgrade your Bootloader.
OSPL is a stock locked Bootloader.
RSPL is a temporary unlocked Bootloader, which reverts to OSPL after reset.
HSPL is a permanent unlocked Bootloader, which replaces OSPL.
you'll need to downgrade your Bootloader, in order to XSPL.
i wrote a tutorial, link is in my signature.
refer to Step 07 or Step 08.

See bold print , and also I cant do the goldcard way.

you won't be able to use ansar's SLSPL, it is for Europe only. you have Asia WWE.
you needn't need the goldcard, only the method of doing it.

the goldcard way looks more of a hassle , Might just leave it.

Hi guys, i have a problem. I bought a htc desire c and it has only English and Chinese language. I think the phone is for indonezia because on his description is htc indonezia. I whant to install RUU_GOLF_U_ICS_40A_HTC_Europe_1.45.401.4_R_Radio_10.11.98.09_1.06.98.13M2_release_265825_signed but i have an error. I unlock the bootloader with htcdev and locked it again. When i tried to install the ruu, when ruu verify the rom my image version is 1.52.499.6 and image version to update is 1.45.401.4 (From:1.52.499.6 To: 1.45.401.4) i have this error ERROR 131 CUSTOMER ID ERROR. I tried with unloked bootloader and the same problem. Please help

If you look at htcdev.com at the first step it says "If you do not find your ROM version in the table below, and your ROM version is newer, then your device does not require the RUU. Please bypass these steps and continue to the next page." Actually is no RUU for Desire C. So I don't know if you downloaded a RUU and installed it, but that should be the problem if you did, you just need to click on that green words "continue to the next page". My phone was rooted yesterday and it works great and I needed to unlock the bootloader too. And I made it too.

The RUU needs locked bootloader in order to work.
Try relocking it.

That ruu might not be compatible. and if you want to install a rom first you need to root. the unlock isn't enough.

Hi guys, Im a noob and I rooted my phone a couple of months ago and have TWRP recovery on it and have been trying to get rid of ever since the Sense 6 update came out but i have no clue what Ruu to use. my baseband version is "4a.24.3263.09_1038r.1157.04L" Im not even sure which method i should use to go back to unrooted. Someone please help! Im really desperate! Does tmobile have the Ruu for my baseband?

This post has the latest RUU for your phone. The baseband has no bearing on the RUU. It is your OS that is important.

Since, you have TWRP, use this nandroid backup to get to Sense 6. You need to add it into your TWRP folder AFTER you unzip it.......restore as a backup.
