Alright, so today I was messing around with porting themes and successfully (as far as i know) ported pretty much all of HoneyComb Fusion 1.2 to my RandomKing EG22 Hawk v4 setup.
Not quite sure how the protocol goes for posting how to's on this kind of stuff, since I obviously have ZERO credit for HoneyComb Fusion 1.2.
First off though, this was SUPER SUPER simple. It doesn't look like I got EVERYTHING from honeycomb fusion, but i got a lot of it (dialer, looks like framework [settings, coloring, etc.], MMS, swype, status bar, among other things)
Some things retained were my boot animation, my pre-boot splash, the new font from the ROM, the wallpaper i had set and a couple other things. the notification pulldown with the animated background is one thing that also did NOT come over!

Yup I did the same. I try to theme an experience of sort when I want to build or port something.

i'd suggest a backup first, just in case. if you try it out, let me know how it works!
there wasn't much included in that theme, except a few apps and some framework. I tried porting using two different ways and i think the linked way probably worked best (from what I can tell)

Hi Everyone,
This theme was originally posted by RandumAccess, knowing that he is in a new job and spending time with Family, I decided to take it upon myself (with RA's approval) I updated the theme for use with RC33.
I made a few modifications to the them, namely the clock, the dial pad buttons and a few of the Icon's.
I also copied all of the original wallpaper files on the phone with the Basic Grey wallpaper to keep the size of the file down and added the original wallpapers designs into the theme so that the wallpaper gallery works as well as the functional wallpapers.
If you have any issues with this theme, please let me know and I will correct any problems that arise as quickly as possible.

Is there any way you could change it to where it doesn't have the thumb scanner?
It will make it look a little cleaner. Plus why do you need a thumb scanner to aceess your apps and everything. You already 'logged' onto the phone during the boot process.
Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love this theme. It's been my main one, however I got tired of the thumb scanner.

Yeah, I will work on that tomorrow when I get in to work and get it uploaded during the day tomorrow. It's just a matter of changing a couple files which should take about 15 minutes

Make sure you have RC33. This is designed for RC33, the developer took lots of time to do it.
Also, where is the original wallpaper in the wallpaper gallery. I switched it to a different one, now can't switch it back. I love the original that comes with the phone and it doesn't appear to be on there. Any way you can put it up?
perfect theme with icons but it has just a little too much red, maybe if it could change it could be better, more of a neutral color maybe white or black

Again thanks to Tehseano and MoonsSpoon for their creativity and time to put this together. Tehseano has ok-ed me to port this theme to the JFv1.51 CRB43-US rom. I haven't yet finished porting the whole theme over. It's still missing the White clock mod from Stericson. And the Hero lockscreen and its modifications. Nice theme, easily flashed in seconds, really saved me the trouble of flashing to hero rom with rosie interface... maybe next update willl include the htc widgets because those are also very nice. Thanks again for this.

It could just be me, but I think this broke vibrate features across the board for my phone... It's not responding in any of the applications on my phone anymore. (Twidroid, SMS, etc) Works fine when testing from the volume rocker and worked fine prior to installation.

Looks a lot like Experion which is awesome.
A couple things, you could add an advanced launcher and drop the notification bar lower so it comes down to the bottom.

Right now, it's not in my "things To do list", just because a I dont have a N1 where I can test. BTW: if somebody have an extra N1 for me: problem solved!

It's funny you asked me this, because, actually, this theme started as a project-idea I talked with Anderweb, about creating a new launcher which allows us to set our name and user picture, like you can see in the first caps, and some other changes between this and the original launcher.
Right now Anderweb is busy working on his great launcher, (I'm sure none of us both imagined how succesful his first launcher would get some weeks/months later, the first time we talked about this), and, unfortunately, I'm not a programmer, so I cannot do it alone. So the only thing I can do is waiting.
Here is another idea for the project.:
I love the notifications bar.
I'd like to see what the transparent widgets look like on a dark/black wallpaper though.

The ides to click on the picture for some sort of info bubble popping up is a great idea. If you can implement that, this will be golden.

fantastic idea...incorporating the 3d flying effects of the ADW launcher with the thought bubble concept is very nice
Would be cool if the launcher was tied to a Social app(like friendstream).

This theme work with Das BAMF. It should with any other Sense theme, but I haven't tried it.

Big V3 update. Lots of little stuff fixed. I'm going to tackle the pulldown widgets tomorrow or the next day. I've been glued to the computer for almost three weeks making, remaking, and reremaking this theme, so now I'm going to rest a bit.

I abandoned it since I couldn't tell that anyone was running it. Plus, I switch to Tesla for the time being.

I definitely appreciate the offer, but as many times as I have to compile and flash to fix even stupid issues I'd drive you nuts
