and the dev is easily accessibly and responds quickly.

Call master may be better for you. Just your opinion. The OP just asked which ones people were using and I told him mine. smh

Is it normal for android phones to send a text to every person who got the message someone else sent you? Lol. I know blackberrys showed the others but I never had a phone that messaged everyone else when I was just trying to respond to the original sender.

It's been a while since I changed this on my phone. Try this.
1. Open the Text Messaging app
2. Menu > Messaging settings > Thread group conversations (unchecked)
I think that's what I did to respond individually. If it doesn't work, just set it back.
Hahaha. Funny story. I discovered this "feature" a couple days ago. A buddy of mine sent out a beautiful pic of the scnery with the question "where do you work?" And I went to reply to him with a nsfw pic, and it went to everyone on the list. Including his mom. Some hilarity ensued.

Google had almost similar ads at the time of the NS launch. They all look fantastic in ads. Try those stuff in real world and you'll realise they are just fancy crap to attract kids. In the real world voice recognition is never going that perfect and the user would just end up preferring to type!
Also you like a tard asking your phone what the weather will be like =DDD

This.
I used Vlingo for a while and it was great when I was laying in bed and it was perfectly silent.
In real world application, background noise made it and just about any other voice recognition app virtually useless.
Do you all realize that what they show in the video is all a part of promotion - the system doesn't work so fast - you need a really fast internet connection for your voice commands to go to the server and back...
Secondly, if you don't have a American or British accent, it will surely take you a while for the system to understand your command
Try vLingo or Google Voice they both work very well.

Search for Voice Actions in the Market. It is like vLingo and Siri. I've been playing with it and it works pretty well in a controlled environment.
I'm not a fan of voice commands save for when I'm driving but tothose who say that it was a promo video, engagdet tried it on a demo 4s after the keynote and said it was just as flawless as in the video. In fact (supposedly) the video was not a preprogramed demo but the software actually running. That's pretty cool especially for someone with an American accent who frequently get this response while telling my phone to call someone "dial 75294598568429445"
That's neither the name of one of my contacts nor a phone number.

VLingo is the best your gonna get and its not that bad like everyone says in a controlled environment!

If you could manipulate l any feature of people's phones what would it be?

Say you could control someone else's phone using your mind (like a super power) but you could only do it to one feature. What would you pick. Contacts? Texts? Calls? Maybe even the camera to r the popular Facebook.

The unwritten rule of thumbsdown for XDA OT is:
Never start a thread in here unless your really drunk or voluntarily mentally diminished.
This tidbit even supersedes the mandatory, yet never paid attention to 10 post rule.

Thanks for the video. Friday's almost here!
I didn't realize they put the power button on the top left. That's a weird spot to put it...I do like that they put the proximity sensors on the left side of the front. That is a major design flaw on my s3 at the moment (every time I'm on a phone call and I try to swipe down notifications, screen will turn off since it registers my thumb.)

This was the same problem with the EVO 4G LTE. I'd always end up tripping the proximity sensor when I swiped down the notification bar during calls and what not. I like the new position, and it adds a little more industrial aspect to the overall look of the handset.

Yeah, just fixed that. That was my fault. I meant if you want to know more about the phone, I'll be happy to answer questions. I've been typing a lot today. I think it's time to take a break from the computer.

Because of the curved back, I'm guessing it's a bajillion times more comfortable to hold in your hand, no ?

explicit, how is that battery holding up?
Also, it might be a network issue, but my LTE would have trouble with incoming texts that are more than 160 chars. So I would receive the 2nd text first, then the initial text would come in second. (When one long text gets broken down into 2). I was wondering if the One did this too.
