Suddenly I have two vertical blue lines on my screen. They're transparent. They are not on the boot animation or the lockscreen. They appear a few seconds after the launcher starts, And reappear after unlocking.
I'll mention that im running [R3]BLURR3D V1.7 PBX MOTO Kernel and Launcher Pro.
I've been installing all sorts of battery utilities, and other tweaks downloaded from the market, but did not flash any additional mods.
I've hard/soft/battery pull rebooted several times. Switched back to the Blur launcher, and have now begun retracing all the apps I've downloaded.
Anybody have this issue, or any ideas what it could be??

I've determined the app: Exsbar was the culprit.

Can someone help me with this weird problem i have...
I'm running ARHD 3.3 on my DHD, with the no-sense script. This has been running fine for the past month, until two days ago for some reason my clock application now shows weird icons (see attachment, the row of icons at the bottom of the screen)
The functions are still working properly so it's just the icons.
Any ideas what I can do to restore the correct icons?
I'm having issues with a wallpaper saved from the gallery. Most of the times it will stick, but about 20% of the time the default red circuit board wallpaper will return. Phone is still functional and if I put it to sleep then reawake, most of the times my gallery wallpaper will return. Really odd. Happens sometimes right after I save a new wallpaper or sometimes later that day after multiple "wake ups".
I was thinking of locating the default wallpapers and placing my pics in there, but if I pick one of the other stock wallpapers, it has done it there, too. Right back to the default circuit board.
Have not rooted my phone yet ... waiting on SBF plus I wanted to do a thorough shakedown on a "pure" device.

Yeah i've seen this. I just reapply my adw.ex theme (honeycomb) and it's better.
Hi guys, i'm new to android and recently try to customize both my lock screen and home screen.
Now, i already in a phase where i want to create my own custom slider in widgetlocker. I'm completely aware that the app need four .png files at least. The background, left-right slider, and preview. I manage to get the sliders and preview appeared on the widgetlocker. The thing is, background.png that i made is never showed up!
i'm already try everything, from resizing, remove the transparency, but still, the background is not showed up. Can anyone told me what is the problem or where did i mess up?
thanks for read, and sorry for my english. Hope you all understand.
Try reinstalling Widget Locker. It works flawlessly for me

You need to add black pixel
Here you can see what to do on step "2"
Hello all,
Here's my question/problem:
After applying a UOT Kitchen file containing only a battery mod, then subsequently restoring from a nandroid back-up because I didn't like the style, the status/notification bar will remain black and not transparent after rebooting the phone.
I do not have my home screen set as the "Blink Feed" but a standard panel, and as such the status bar should be transparent (which I am quite fond of). However, since applying the battery mod and restoring from a nandroid backup, when rebooting the phone and first going through the lock-screen, the status bar will remain black. I can "fix" this problem simply by pressing the power button, locking the phone, then going through the lock-screen again, and now the bar will be transparent. But another problem presents itself after that, when opening any application that changes the status bar from transparent to black, then going back to the home-screen, there will be a one second delay between the status bar changing its transparency, I don't remember this happening before I applied the battery mod etc.. Also, when going through the lock-screen (after the initial boot/first lock-screen) the status bar will change from being transparent, then going black for about one second, then becoming transparent again.
Though this isn't a major problem, it's not something I can live with.
I have tried fully wiping my phone, removing all system data and then just applying a custom ROM. This didn't help.
I have also tried replacing the "framework-res.apk" & "SystemUI.apk" files with the originals from a back up (before the battery mod was applied). Again, did not work.
If anyone has had a similar problem or knows a solution, please help me!
Thanks in advance.
Oh, and here's my phones details:
Stock ROM + Root.
TeamSeven Kernel - Performance Edition - v4. (the kernel was applied before this problem occurred, so I don't believe this is the source of my trouble.)
UPDATE: After hours of searching and attempting several "solutions" I decided to flash a different kernel, so now I'm running the ElementalX 1.0 kernel and the problem has been fixed. I believe it was an issue with the Aroma installer rather than teaMSeven's kernel. Anyway, all's well that ends well, I suppose...
Hi folks.
I am having a really odd thing happening to my home screen icons.
I have searched the viper rom threads and HTC one threads but can't find anything similar.
I decided to put a few icons on my homescreen in a grid. (see first pic)
When I go to select any icon they all jump to left. (see second pic)
If I go into apps and back to the home screen the icons return to the original position...
The other odd thing is if I try and select the far most right icon it registers as a press on a blank screen. (ie it takes me to the widget selection screen and not the app I selected. It seems as if the grid is messed up and registering hits one icon off.
Example, if I try to hit settings icon in first pic it registers the people icon...
Anyone have any idea what is going on?
If it helps, I am on Viperone 3.5 Rom with the 4.06.1540.2 firmware,Hboot 1.5.5 and I'm S-OFF.
Thanks to anyone who can enlighten me on this weird behaviour!
Anyone?
Anyway, I've found a workaround for now if anyone else has this problem...
I removed blinkfeed and added a blank screen where blinkfeed would have been and it stopped happening.
If I add a blank homescreen to the left and put icons on the screen next to it (my main center screen), this jumping around stops.
Weird but it seems to work.
