[Q] Galaxy Mini bricked, please help!!

Hi,
I tried to install cm7 in my galaxy mini, and when i rebooted it, the screen blacked out and only an android text showed up on the right. I'm using Mac OS X.
What should i do?
Thanks.
Try to wipe data and cache in CWM then reboot..
My Solution
Hey friend I have also faced the same while installing CM7.2rc5.2.I was able to solve by the following way....
1.go to cwm recovery mode and wipe cache partion and wipe data.
2.now again choose the zip file and install the custom rom
3.now,reboot the phone and wait untill u see the cyanogen home screens(may be 15 to 18 minutes)
4.if u get a force close like com.android.home has stopped unexpectedl. .then reboot again.
Hope it helps you.. ..
Another problem
What about if i don't have the cwm recovery???
You tried to install CM7 without a custom recovery?
This should do the trick: http://yagyagaire.blogspot.com/2011/09/installing-clock-work-mod-recovery-in.html
Ok, I'll try, thanks
Wait for seconds and then it will enter the OS.If not so,you can wipe the data and cache then install the cm7 again.

Phone extemely laggy + FC

Hello,
A few days ago I installed SLIM JB rom and it was extremely laggy for me and for example whatsapp started force closing every 5 min. So, I installed the X-bean ROM and it worked fine for a bit but then whatsapp started force closing as well like every 5-10 min and it is just really really slow.
Does anyone know how to fix the Force Close problem?
regards,
Ricksterr

[Q] Alfs Kernel v9c Booting Problem

Hello everyone,
Yesterday I flashed the Alfs Kernel v9c CM7, and on top of that I flashed GDX v29.
The first boot worked seamlessly well, after doing some settings, i rebooted my phone in CWM and wiped the cache, dalvik cache and batterystats.
After rebooting my phone got stuck at the kernel animation for like 2 hrs!!
I did the same thing with nAa kernel but till now no prob like that occured...
So can anyone help me with a solution??
Thanxx
Maybe you could wipe cache, dalvik cache and try again.

I did that....the prob that i found was to format system , data and flash again...i couldnt do this everytime i reboot!!
Interesting. That's not supposed to be necessary unless the previous kernel has a different partition table, or uses /system, /data and /cache in some way other than the way normal kernels use them. I'm glad that you were able to solve your problem.

Reboot into CWM and try to wipe data, you'll lost all your app's data, but it isn't a problem if you have a backup, so restore after that

ok, wipe data, wipe cache and wipe dalvik-cache (advanced options) and reboot, if it doesn't work perhaps you need to use Odin to flash a clear stock, or other method as flash a custom rom but first of all try to make the 3 Wipes

[q] no home screen panning

Hi guys, who can help me
i ve updated RocketRom JB XXLSZ from Eybee for 4 days ago. however i have a problem, i cant pan (scroll) my homescreen, so how could i do? please:crying:
Using the same ROM I have no such problem. Have you well made full wipe before flash ROM ? Try to reboot into recovery the wipe cache, wipe davilk cache, reboot system. Perhaps the problem disappears.
