Change rotate screen?

I put the rotate screen in my launcher so I can goto landscape without opening the keyboard for GPS, pics, etc. It rotates the screen 90 degrees right when holding the device upright making it upside down to the keyboard. How can I make it rotate the other way so I can access the keyboard if I want without rotating the device 180 degrees?

first go in settings/screen and set it to the landscape mode you want, then exit, get back in there and set it portrait. this way it remembers the landscape mode you want and when calling rotate screen it will rotate ok

I tried that just now and it still reverts to "Left-Handed" mode when I click rotate screen.

i think the rotate program you use tells the kaiser the landscape mode to use.
try to assign rotate to a hardware button(the default rotate in WM), and that should work (i use hold voice button)

I have the T-Mobile Vario III version of the Kaiser.
When I flip up the screen it rotates to landscape with the thumbpad to the left the way I'd like it to. If I press the rotate option available in the in application launcher, it rotates the opposite way.
Is it possible to make it rotate the same way as when it is flipped open?
I tried options for left and right handed use but it never rotated correctly.

I'm building a dock for my SGS, but instead of using the phone landscape, i would like to use it vertically, since most aps are just not made for landscape (musicplayer, etc).
Is there any way to flip the screen so it can be used upside down?

360° rotation

I'm running cognition 2.4.1, it has a rotation on the home screen! The actual home screen will rotate when the screen it turned landscape. The other cogs dont do this, even the newest one(11/18/10). I asking if we can get a full 360 degree rotation for the screen, like the jailbroken iPhone. That's just cool! Useful as well when using it in the car on landscape.

Check Settings=>Display and see if auto rotate screen is checked.
You can also use LauncherPro to achieve the same.

or you can simply pull down the task bar, and hit the auto rotate button

I actually like the home screen rotating. I'm just wondering if there is a way to do full 360° rotation. With the plug on the top, I could turn the phone upside down when in the car. I love it.

It's launcher dependant. Pull the launcher .apk from whatever ROM and plug it into another.

N2E sreen rotate

Hello,
Anyone know how to rotate the screen on the new N2E? I have some apps I want to run in landscape mode but they dont rotate obviously....
I was looking for an app that forces rotation but couldnt find one..
Primarily using the wyse pocketcloud.

I also want to rotate to landscape. Until now I found such option in ezPDF Reader, but I want it for all apps.
I want landscape typing for Skype and Web browsing.
