Is there a widget or something that can do this?
one press to enable/disable usb debugging

Hi guys,
I just got one problem which I didn't have in the past, during my last 50 flashes
When I have USB debugging on and I plug in the USB it activates the USB storage by default.
I checked if by any chance in the USB settings Mass Storage is not ticked and it wasn't. I know it has no connection with USB debugging but it worth a try.
Is there a way to fix this?
Im running JPM + OCLF (it was doing the same before lagfix)
Before, I am 100% sure it didn't happen. Still cant understand what caused this behavior.
Thanks a lot!
no one??

Nope, it's doing it to me also.
Immensely annoying because I'm using an old HTC charger with a mini->micro USB adapter, and whenever I plug it in the phone thinks I've connected a USB cable and enters USB debugging mode. This bug then kills whatever music I'm listening to at the time by mounting the SD cards as USB drives, which I can only restart by disabling USB Mass Storage, waiting for the media scanner to finish and then re-opening the media player!
Anyone else seen or found a way around this?
Please help me
i have installed USB driver of the phone and when I connect the phone to the USB port, it should display a small USB icon in the notification bar of the phone. Scroll down the notification bar in your phone, and select the option to connect to the PC. But it doesn't display this small USB icon and the PC doesn't make any action or sound to say that there is a USB plugged in. but it's charging the battery through the USB cable.
NOTE : it's not the original cable but i think it works because it is charging from the PC
Maybe if you connect the USB

When I plug in a usb stick through the cable, I can not see or make the connection. You will need some setting or app? Even with usb debugging on. Any suggestions.
try going into the phone settings and then click on storage and press the button on the bottom right of your phone and click the words usb connection(or something similar) and if that takes you to another menu then click mass storage device

can't connect phone on PC
Hi,
I have same problem, recently I installed windows 8 and since than I can't connect my phone via USB cable.
I have installed LG PC Suite and nothing.
Please help.
So you are trying to connect a USB with an OTG cable.. so you can view the files of your USB on the phone?
I read in another thread / article that the kernel does not support that on our phone. For that we need a customer kernel which hopefully will come once we get unlocked bootloader.
That's right. This kernel does not support OTG. I tested the hdmi connection to the TV and that yes, a spectacle.
Trying to charge my developers edition via USB port on new car stereo. I just get it toggling between USB connected and USB debugging. I try to turn off debugging in the developers menu but it just resets itself. Any ideas? Thanks
I'm trying to get USB debugging working on my new note 5, I'm in Web Development, so I use Chrome Device debugging quite a bit.
I can enable USB Debugging in Developer Tools, and then select file transfer from the options after I plug in the USB cord.
I have installed the Samsung drivers, but Chrome never sees my note 5 as a connected device. (The computer does however).
I also never see the USB icon on the phone, saying it's connected for debugging.
Any thoughts?
