Hi
You can't have the soft key bar in GB 2.3.7
Instead you can try one of the following (google them):
1. Button savior (my favorite).
2. zMooth
3. LMT
Good luck

[Q] Change homescreen button on Froyo

Is there anyway to change the screen that it switches to when you press the home button on TW on Froyo?
I'm on darkyrom 8.1 with root. I want it to move to the middle screen when I hit home rather than the first, left screen. It was possible on Éclair but I can't find any way to do it on Froyo.

[Q] CM10 Nightly home button switch between touchwiz / trebuchet

Hi,
I've flash my GT-i9000 with CM10 Nightly JB + semaphore 2.0.6s & patch fixed + Samsung Add-Ons . Everytime i press the home button it pops up a window for me to select touchwiz home or trebuchet. I was wondering if i pick one of the two and if i want to change to another one next time how can i do it? cause i couldn't find an option to get that done. Also i've found that everytime i turn on the phone if i goes to touchwiz home some of the apps place at the home screen will be gone. And also the drop shadows for each icon on the screen blink when it first load. Was this Samsung add-ons not a good thing to have? if so how can i get rid of this?
Thank you.
Regards,
Newbie
You can go to the apps managing page, pick the home app you're using and press "Clear defaults", that will let you pick the app again next time you press home or reboot.

[Q] Remap buttons for a Nexus button layout

Hi, I'm coming from a nexus 4 and I really would like to have my old three button layout here on my htc one, I've read in other threats that the HTC logo can be set up to be a home button, so the only piece left in the puzzle is how to set the original home button to open recent apps... I don't want to flash the Google play edition rom or any other ROM, just wish to know if there's a way to remap the original home button to recent apps so I finally get my nexus 4's old and sweet button layout... Thanks in advance guys!

You could try TeamSeven's kernel. It has options to make the HTC logo into a menu button and offers some swap options as well.

I'm running it on a GPE rom without issue.

[Q] Home and Search buttons not working

When I upgraded from eclair to gingerbread using this "Stock Rom 2.3.6 for Samsung Galaxy S I9000" (first link when you google search it. My home and Search button stopped working properly. The buttons move the phone left and right now.
To see what I mean, click on an file on your desktop and then use the arrow keys to move the box around it around. That's what's happening to me right now.
