This might be a dumb question, but I searched and didn't see a topic for this.
Is there a way to make the ADWEX statusbar (the one at the top of the screen) clear or black?
Like this:

"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
i wondered the same thing but came up with nothing after quite some time searching.
for now, you can hide it. the option in the preferences doesn't work, but if you create a shortcut (long press->shortcut->hide/show statusbar)...itll tuck it away
Just use gestures to hide it.

Up.
Settings
Go into ADW EX settings. Theme settings. Main dock. Select "none". Now you should have a dock with invisible background and reflections.
Update: sorry, confused this with the dock. Unfortunately that seems to be separate from the top bar, which is opaque in HC but clear in ICS.

Had this widget before I nuked my phone. Can't seem to find it again.
It was a circle type widget with the circle in Android Green. I'm pretty sure it displayed a numeric value in the center.
Thanks.

That's not it.
The one I had had a much thicker green circle.
Ok but you can change the color & dimensions with this app.
Still not the same widget I had.

Hi
I was woundering if I can get a transparent Google seach widget for CM9? I googled and found this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1307730 but it doesen't work for me. Anyone know how I can get a transparent widget?
Why not enable the one that comes with ICS/CM9 by default? If you ask me, its much more clean and sleek than the clunky widget too

I use ADW EX sense it runs much more smooth on my SGS and I don't want the search bar on the top row I want it on the 2:nd row from the bottom.
Ah, well in that case, I'm not so sure
Found some in market https://market.android.com/details?id=tiwiz.widget.icsbar&feature=search_result
Hi, guys, look at this! I can use this Mobo Launcher to change the icon with my own picture! See the picture below- the change of "People" icon. Good! I like this! You guys may also be interested in this!

Yeah, I tried that! You are right! They can also perform that. Thanks!
First off I have tried searching for anything that does this for a bit now, and at least as far as threads on XDA go I found one from 2011.
Basically I just want the text in the attached screenshot to act as a normal home screen folder but display text instead of the folder icon or the app icon previews. By act as a normal folder I mean being able to drag apps into it and be able to expand it with a tap.

I've tried minimalistic text, simple text, and desktop visualizer with no luck. Additionally I've tried using the settings in Nova Prime Launcher but the options it has does not support this idea.
I haven't used it in a year or so, but sounds like something ssLauncher could do.
Hi..
I am wondering if anyone can help me with this, the bottom row of icons that comes by default on the phone and are supposed to be fixed (dialer, Google folder, play store and messaging) have somehow came to be exactly behind the Home back and recent apps icons, where as they are supposed to be slightly above them. It is really irritating, I can't seem to be able to change their location.
Why dont you for example change launcher(Nova) and then go in Nova settings-desktop-desktop grid and change number of rows to 4 or 5.

Thanks !! But what is the reason
Hi..
Thanks for the advice, nova launcher is just fine and did it, but it is still strange that the default launcher behaved like this. It would be interesting to know what is the reason.
