Stock ROM? Custom? Some more info!

Hi!
I used a random wiki webpage to follow instructions on how to get Android Revolution HD on my HTC Incredible S.
I used Revolutionary to get the 'S-OFF' and temp root - was already confused.
I then downloaded the ROM and uploaded it on the SD card, did a factory reset through the Boot / white screen (volume down + power) - can't remember what this is called.
The ROM installed successfully but when I boot the handset, the white HTC screen comes on, 'quietly brilliant' appears after some time (with no ring or tone as it used to) then the phone starts on the unlock screen, it looks like the usual UI, there is no signal on the sim.
As soon as I swipe down it crashes and goes back into the white HTC screen!
Please help me - it's a work phone and I need it working again by Monday!
If someone could explain how I could sort this issue I would be hugely grateful!
Thanks
PP
Also if it's easier to get it back to stock / factory settings that would also be great!
Thanks
Your phones not crashing its displaying a white htc.screen because its loading sense for the first time. Reboot and wait at least 5 minutes after you pull the ring.

Hey guys. I wanna do a complete factory reset. Just like the day I got my SXL from my local O2 store. I've tried doing a factory reset from the Settings menu. I've tried going into the Recovery menu, but for some reason I just cant get it to work properly because CWN is still on my phone! I mean, sure, it does a reset, but I wanna be able to update my phone from 2.3.5 D: Can anyone help me here? Does anyone know where I can get the stock ROM in a zip file or something? Or how I can completely get rid of CWN so I can update my damn phone? I'm totally at a loss now N
Yes you can do that by using a ruu.exe if you look in dev section for this phone there will be a sticky thread with guide and ruu and so on. You need to find a ruu that fits your phones cid, like if from Europe you need the eroupe ruu. What ruu to use is all chosen by your phones cid.
Sent from my Sensation XL using xda premium

You can go to the HTCDEV.com site and download the last official ICS RUU for the IncS and see if you can execute and run that to bring your phone back to life.

Can you post a screen shot of your bootloader (HBOOT) screen? Do you have the original box the phone came in? If so, can you post the Model ID?
Hello,
I have a problem with my HTC one. Device reboots 2-3 times per day, when I'm using WiFi, GPS navigation or just making some calls.
I'm using stock rom and actually made factory reset for device and problem wasn't solved.
What it can be and how I can solve this problem? Thank you in advance.

If you are stock and have tried factory reset already I think you probably have a hardware problem - bad memory maybe.

I'm also want to try to downgrade android version from 4.4.2 to 4.1.2 stock rom. I have read that it helps for a few users of htc one.
But i'm newbie in android and actually do not know how to downgrade to older stock rom. Can you provide me with information/manual how to perform downgrade to stock rom 4.1.2
Thank you in advance.
Hey All,
I was chatting to some people on the android central forums and they said to come here and reflash my rom. Basically my phone is stuck on a bootloop and when I factory reset it on the hardboot menu, it doesn't fix it and when I click Recovery it reboots and loads a black screen with a grey triangle and an exclamation mark. I doesn't come up with any options to clear cache. It gets to the second loading screen with the HTC animation and glitches out. Would any be able to give me a step to step guide on how to reflash the rom. It's never been rooted and it's on Vodaphone UK.
Any help is much appreciated and Thankyou.

Check this out: https://forum.xda-developers.com/desire-510/htc-desire-510-64-bit-eu--international-version/android-4-4-3-stock-os-debloated-64bit-t3361689
The procedure is written by me. And it works. BUT ONLY USE IT IF YOU HAVE THE 64BIT VERSION OF THE PHONE. (EU=64bit / USA=32bit)
If you need more help just ask.
