switch off when simcard inserted

hi guys,
i got TYTN II brand new whenever simcard inserted, phone start up then switch off itself.
without simcard start up ok, go all the way to the main screen.
is this to do with the Radio rom?? i flash with the original rom still no luck.
have anyone here experience this
thanks
Sounds like the SIM card isn't inserted well or the contacts are dirty (or could be the SIM card). Try cleaning the contacts on the SIM and device first and make sure the door is securely shut.
I think you have this confused. When you switch it up it turns off the phone so you can turn it on and the phone recognized the sim, if it would stay on when you put the sim, it wouldn't recognize the sim, so put it in then keep it in and turn it on and it should have recognized the sim. If you know that already, then do what Jwy said, I recommend rubbing alcohol and 100% cotton.
my device is working ok, but everytime i just unlock the sim card slot (without touching the card itself, my device shuts down, no matter which rom or radio rom.
It's no problem for me because i've just got one single sim card, but if i would have two different sim's....
Is this the standard behaviour ? I think it's strange, just curious about that...
that is normal , there is a little switch behind it that turns your device off .
some kind of protection.
Right, most phones have the sim under the battery so you must pull the battery to insert the sim. The Kaiser cuts the power with a switch on the sim door to protect the sim from a "hot" insertion and possible damage when changing sims.

well simcard is 100% working, nothing to do with the simcard dirty or damage.

No man, no confusion here, i know how its works
you didn't read my msg propely,
" switch off when simcard in the phone" if i take to simcard out, the phone boot up fine, ok
i switch it off then put simcard in (clip the simcard's door) then turn the phone on, just say HTC logo then switch itself off
ADD:
i mention that i got 2 TYTNII ok.
i swap the motherboard between eachother, still the same.
so i think either RADIO ROM or HARDWARE !!
so i want opinion here, whether its the HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE???
thanks
Ah, ok. You don't have to get mad . It could be software. I have seen this happen to people. Try a different rom & radio.

[Q] what's wrong with my samsung galaxy s

I forgot the password on my e mail account on the phone, I thought I would factory reset it, when I do this the phone won't find the sim card, or any other network, I look in the settings for available networks, and it's got non and can't find any.so I thought maybe he needed unlocking butI had a look and it say's that the network lock off and so is everything else in that list. I even try putting different firmware on it like t mobile's firmware or vodafone I get the same reaction, no network availability on any sim card. is my phone bricked?
I can get everything else to work like the Internet, it's just that it will not recognised any sim card you put in there
Do you have still your IMEI number in settings->phone info?
And what helped me the other day, was to put the sim card out....clean it with a tissue or else and reinsert it again. Does the phone recognize an other sim card?

Kernel Panic Upload Mode

Hello,
My galaxy s3 LTE keeps randomly loosing reception and on a rest goes into kernel panic upload mode. It is rooted and has TWRP, it is currently running the sentinel rom. I feel as though it may be something with the sim card slot. I cut a normal sized sim to fit in prior to getting a proper micro sim. If I reset it goes into the panic mode and will stay there until I boot without a sim card, shutdown and restart with the sim card in. I have formatted the data and system partitions. It only happens maybe once a week, which I dont mind. Has anyone else had this issue?
Thanks
James

Hi James,i have the i9300 but i guess this is the same issue.
Mine when i had my homemade sim, kept on loosing signal sometimes and showed the message:
"Sim card has been removed."
And forced me to reboot my phone! -.^
Anyway,it hasn't shown this message to me since i got a proper sim card and i suggest you do the same. (it costs around 5 euros here, kinda cheap)
I have a proper micro sim now. It seems to have the same problem. Much less often than when I had my home cut sim

I think there is only one way... Rtm
Powered by Nokia 8
I had a similar problem, after first update in android 7.whatever my sim card worked but couldnt go online, just via wifi. I could make calls and recieve texts. I got a new simcard and that helped. Later Oreo came and my phone glitched out when i had the simcard installed. But when i took it out it worked. Sent it to nokia support center and got it back today, what happend? Yes the phone works, i can make and recieve calls/texts. But i cant go online without wifi. Asked my provider for a new sim card now, will return and write if that works.
and I have this problem. Have you found a solution?
Weird, my TA-1052 suddenly got this problem yesterday, SIM card state keep looping between detected and undetected, after several loops phone will reboot and reboot again and again.
But when I switch the card to the other slot and reboot, all things seem to be fine. Then at some random time of the day this problem shows up again and I have to switch the card back.
I can 100% reproduce this bug by insert 2 SIM cards together, phone will stuck in a loop and reboot, but logcat shows nothing suspicious.
Tried factory reset but nothing happened.
Since both SIM card slots actually work and I haven't updated system recently, I guess this shouldn't be hardware-related.

No Sim Card

Hello. I've posted once before about this issue but couldn't find any solution.
The problem is. In my Titan my sim card is detected only for few mins or hours. Later it says no sim card in quick settings. I tried everything flashing stock modem files, flashing stock ROM and yesterday I got my sim slot chip changed at 250 Indian rupees. But today while I was playing Clash of Clans through mobile data (phone was charging) it got heated and screen locked automatically and again same...No Sim Card.... So I went back to the phone repairer and he inserted sim in 2nd slot. Now it's working fine but I'm afraid that it'll go again when I'll turn on my mobile data and play clash of clans...
Please help
