if your phone have s-off you can install ruu for your country with gb.
Just find your CID and go to android development section for gb ruu

Sometimes makes that trouble. After the XE updates to ICS almost everyone had those problem with wi-fi and bluetooth. I guess something went wrong with the update. If you don't care about the warranty you can root and install another rom. But if the problem is still there you can't repair it under warranty. So my advise is you go to the service and let it checked out. Just to be sure coz not everything is software related.
And if everythings fine listen to stona175 and check out how to perform root and etc.
Good luck man
I would try to revert to stock GB rom and see whether BT is working on it. If so, try a fresh update to ICS and recheck BT.
If reverting back to stock GB does not do the job, I would return the phone on warranty and request a replacement.
Coz if it is a hardware issue (I hope it isn't) then you have no other choice. Sometimes dropping your phone can damage the BT antenna (it happened to my girlfriend's DHD).
In other words, do not void your warranty before you make sure your issue is not hardware related.
Good luck
i have the exact same problem
im quite sure it was working in gb, i updated to ics and now it wont turn on atall, the logcat reads

GPS no longer working
You have a GT-I9000, yet you have sought the answer to your problem on a Vibrant thread. Did you, by any chance, install CM7 for the Vibrant onto your GT-I9000, find a problem with the GPS, and look for the answer within the Vibrant thread?
If you could supply a little more background information, then this would be helpful.
Im quite sure it was working in gb, i updated to ics officially, and now bluetooth wont turn on atall
ive done s-off with 1.28 hboot, cwm recovery done tried xl 3.5 rom flashed latex kernel, flashed gingerbread radio,
ive cleared fastboot cache factory rese, wiped cache and factory reset, wiped dalvik cache too
i cant think of anything else exept rebuilding the phones hardware,
all of this came about when i fitted a new screen+digitizer so im not 100% what it could be

I have a C6503 (Brazil) and after updating do 4.4.2 my phone reboots many times a day.
While it's on standby it reboot.
Yesterday during a call it rebooted.
Most of the times it's a few seconds after i unlock the phone , the phone freezes the UI and reboot. But it's never a boot loop. Sometimes i can use the phone for a few hours with no reboot.
I've updated via SUS from 4.3 to 4.4.2, and also installed 3 different versions of 4.4.2 (Baltic, Nordic, and Generic Brazil) via Flashtools, and in all of the three the problem happens.
I don't know what else to try!
Can someone give me a hint of what should i try next?
The log before it reboots is as follows (got it from Android Tuner):

But most of the times Wifi isn't on, neither the 3g data connection.
Got two other reboots, the log is here with different messages:

In the last few hours got at least five reboots, all with no wifi connection.
This might be some hardware problem?
Help anyone, thanks!

Same here.
I´ve downgraded do 4.3 and it´s running smooth, no reboots in the last two days.
Do you still use 4.4.2?

After downgrading to 4.3, after a couple of days using it, it started to reboot. So it´s not a problem only in 4.4.2...
Guess i´ll have to send it to support...
Im having the exact same problem

Okay so I have the xperia z and im using the android version 4.1.2 model number C6616. Yesterday my phone started to act up and do the same thing where if I dont have it plugged into my dock it will reboot even before I input my code for my sin card...sometimes it will reboot just after I input my code. But if i have the phone on my dock and keep it charging it never reboots for me...it works great. and then when I take it off the dock....it usually reboots but not for couple hours could be sooner the time varies and in order for me to use the phone when I start it up I have to put it on my dock and once I do that I have no problems again...but I dont like to keep it on the dock especially when its fully charged but once I take it off it will start to reboot again. Can anyone help me with this problem...to me it sounds like the battery because its fine when its on the dock but when I take it off the dock thats when it starts to reboot. I havent updated my phone either because I have a broken pin in my usb slot thats why I went out to buy a dock so I could at least use my phone because they wouldnt fix it for me and because I didnt get this fixed Im unable to use anything that requires the use of the usb. I cant see it being a problem because I havent updated the phone...I still think it sounds like the battery....HELP please I need to find out what is wrong if anyone has had this problem before....Thanks

I sent my phone for service and got back a brand new cell phone. They said that my old phone did not had fix. We'll never know what was happening...
I am trying to figure out why my Moto X DevEd is spontaneously rebooting and in bootinfo I'm seeing the following:
HW_REV : 0x8300
POWERUPREASON : 0x00100000
MBM_VERSION : 0x000030be
BATTERY_STATUS_AT_BOOT : 0xffff
CID_RECOVER_BOOT : 0x0000
ABOOT.GIT : MBM-NG-V30.BE-0-g34b7ccb
TZ.GIT : MBM-NG-V30.BE-0-gc10fd11
RPM.GIT : MBM-NG-V30.BE-0-g2aa06de
SBL3.GIT : MBM-NG-V30.BE-0-gb2b97c8
SBL2.GIT : MBM-NG-V30.BE-0-gb2b97c8
SBL1.GIT : MBM-NG-V30.BE-0-gb2b97c8

The GITs appear to be firmware.
CID_RECOVER_BOOT is a flag that tells if it booted into recovery (did not, so 0x0)
Battery_status_at_boot: not relevant, but there's more than enough power
MBM is a part of the bootchain, more firmware, i.e. the overall bootloader version, and 30BE is the stock 5.1 version.
But what is this PowerUpReason? My number is bit 21, I think. All the definition I managed to find only goes up to bit 18. None goes up to bit 21.
But whatever it is, it's NOT a kernel crash...

I don't think anyone has this. It would have made hacking the tablet tins easier if we did.
Might be only option is the unlock thread, with shorting the PIN to get direct brom access(or whatever mode it is called)
